Can I go from 18/6 to 20/4 with seedlings?

Yep I got that tho, you can switch for 20/4 would.be best, they like some rest time ;-)
I do 18/6 for strictly indoors, only do 24/0 if I'm vegging indoor and flowering outdoor/greenhouse
