72-73 temp & 55-70% RH
i would try and keep that rh closer to 70. 55 a little to low and could make your plant look like how it looks in the picture. raise it to 70 and it should make a difference. also not sure how far your light is but try 200 to 300 ppfd for seedlings or early veg

not to familiar with how far that light should be. but maybe check if it came with a ppfd distance chart in the box and base it of that.
i think i light stressed the 1 gallon pot.. tips are crispy brown now... i had the light around 40%

possibly i use an app called PPFD Meter for android seems to work fine for me. just change setting to red(650nm)+blue(450nm)+White 3500k for a better ppfd reading also change your hour interval which i assume is 18 so you get your DLI as well

happy new year!, what lux number should i be looking for?
Lux meters are so bad its hard to say. I have 2 and one reads 43K where the other reads 28K. You have to find the happy place with the meter you got.

light is fine. forget the top dress, that takes time to breakdown and be available to plant. what nutrients will you be using?
you can add worm castings to the soil you'll use when you up-pot though

humidity is good, try to keep 60-65%

temps can go up, 80-85 ok with LED since less IR than HID

I think the accuracy of the phone apps really depends on the phone hardware itself.

At 25" your distance is fine. 30% is good for seedlings at the size they are in the picture above. As they grow larger through early veg, you'll want to bump intensity to 50% and then again to 75% during mid veg. Allow the plants to grow towards the light. At about 18" raise it again to about 24". When you go to flower, raise the light intensity to 100%. Watch your flowers for light stress, however buds should do fine between 12"-18" distance with that particular light.

I'm running a SF4000 along with other boards in a 6.5 x 6.5. It's a good light. You'll like it.

Hold off on the worm castings until you up-pot.
