Can i use these for flowering as well?

The lights I'm talking about are spectre phaser 660 veg leds. As far as I've seen and what I've been told they can be used for flowering as well but figured id get some opinions from yall! Much love yall! I do have a grow journal going at the moment also if you'd like to look and give some pointers.
