Can someone identify this deficiency?

That happen to me last year. I flushed the plants really well then wait a few days and give it iron. Cleared mine up almost overnight.

Looks like it could be a hot light. Have you checked your distances and stages specifications of the light. I've found that manufactures' specifications are too strong. I just went through it with my ViparSprectra P2500, leaf bleaching because of too strong a light.

Look up spray and grow it works it’s a folular spray with a nice mix on micro nutrients mine seem to love it
