It’s not mites it’s mold pluck off the affected leaves and lower the humidity and you’ll be fine.

I've fought spider mites a few times and I've never seen them look like that. I have no idea what that could be. My one piece of advice is to put a plastic garbage bag over any plant that might be infested or infected and seal the bag BEFORE moving the plant.

Lower your ppm/ec by 15-20%. The discolored leaves and red stems is usually from high ppm causing some nutes to get locked out. Foliar feeding them with a balanced fertilizer will help their recovery

It may look like some cal mag with iron deficiency. outer yellowing and working its way to the inner green of leaf. Lower older leaves will exhibit these symptoms and work their way up to newer growth if not treated. The tip burns is another sign cal mag deficiency symptom. Either add more or check your ph, make sure your meter is Calibrated correctly, wrong ph is causing it not to absorb it.
