It's best to start at roughly mild inebriation or you're asking for trouble imo. Then you can bring them up together.I'm surprised and jealous of your experiences...
I'll drink almost too much... hari hachi bu... then I think about weed and get an insatiable appetite for it... then I smoke and get the spins and subsequently nauseated etc.
Might be that I don't give enough time to actually metabolize the sheer volume of alcohol and I'm actually over-imbibed by the time I get that craving...
A good thing I don't make an irresponsible habit of that over-imbibing.
Btw in terms of uptake speed.....maybe I'm just a gullible stoner, but it sure feels to me like lecithin helps.Mrs. Milson coming through huge with the freshly frosted infused banana cake!! We had it in the freezer and defrosted it.

No disrespect man, thanx for sharing, this is y corporate cannabis sux! And we grow are own.Yep, yield, thc, and finishing time. Where I used to work, a lot of the grower's compensation was based on yield bonuses. If it didn't yield it didn't get grown, now matter how good it was otherwise.
Thanks Mosh! Glad you can get something from these insane streams i have on here sometimes lol.Thank you mr Milson for sharing your work! Love visiting planet Milson and snagging good info.
I think we are on the same page there Mosh!No disrespect man, thanx for sharing, this is y corporate cannabis sux! And we grow are own.
Until we can better identify and map individual compounds, yup.If this doesn't scream "mix strains to make better medicine for pain" then idk, our ears are different.
But MAKE THEM ACTUALLY DIFFERENT.
Good stuff and confirms what I find to be true for myself, even if just anecdotally. Also, gotta get uptake with both smoke and edibles to maximize uptake plateau.....and man I gotta look into experimenting with topicals if i can learn more. I think it’s important to recognize that cannabis’ effects on a still developing brain are not the same as those on a fully developed adult brain. Research on one does not constitute an equivalent with the other.Saw somewhere that Cannabis protects certain areas of the brain from alcohol damage. I will try to dig up the reference.
edit:
This isn't the original article I was thinking of, but very cool
Therapeutic Prospects of Cannabidiol for Alcohol Use Disorder and Alcohol-Related Damages on the Liver and the Brain
Background: Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural component of cannabis that possesses a widespread and complex immunomodulatory, antioxidant, anxiolytic, and antiepileptic properties. Much experimental data suggest that CBD could be used for various purposes ...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
Gosh just think of the next generation of moms with college kids. "Don't forget to smoke your weed if you gonna drink alcohol". "Ok mom, Gosh"
Research on one does not constitute an equivalent with the other.
I think when the science finally catches up we will find out that our own endocannibanoid systems are slightly different person to person and have a large part to do with how we process these things...possibly the same way certain people can't digest lactose, or the way certain people get very red in the face from a tiny bit if alcohol? Just the fact that we have evolved over the millennia to have receptors in place for these compounds tell me all I need to know though
And I know it was just an off the cuff remark, but kids and developing brains (and lungs, as my first job out of respiratory school was with babies and kids with trachs on vents) are something I don’t even kid about. It may come to be routine at some point, where the research will support its use routinely in juveniles. But for now? It’s our responsibility to protect their developing bodies and minds.Yeah, this was an animal trial so, I would basically just consider it a proof of concept.

Or me, young Amy. I did my damage early. If only I could have convinced young hortulanus of this.
