Yeah i turned down the light and watered in some more nutrients.
But i did not know that about pH rising. Makes sense.
nice! They are going to have huge buds!

Quick question. Is this because the nutrients are acids and as their content in the medium decreases, the buffering capability of the medium is rising in proportion? Those girls are hungry bud. Ph rising can mean they are eating all the available food. Just like lowering can mean excess.

I appreciate the wisdom of my mentors. :-)Yes because nutrients are acidic for the most part they can overcome the buffer like you say. There are more reasons for ph fluctuation including type of nitrogen but for simplicity sake this is a good rule.
This is why when we see a low ph help thread with yellowing plants it is a bad idea to suggest adjusting ph in a buffered potting mix. Usually just needs a flush or even just fresh water so the plants can take up the excess. Then the medium returns to normal.
I can tell you are getting a good feel for what is going on now. :-) nice work and your garden is showing it.
Oh yeah. Widow and haze crosses are being dreamed about. And have been for months.Niiiiiice! Planning on making some babies with the Golden Tiger?
I mean look at Hal!Working with males today, continuing to collect pollen by cluster....these hazes are just amazing. Hal seems to have flowered all at once, popped, and I'm not sure what he's up to now. Horace otoh is just pushing incredible amounts of pollen out while still working in new clusters.
Widows aren't quite in full flower yet since they are a week behind, but the latecomer has a lot better flowering than the other one and i think the call is getting obvious....

Some p haze will go down in the next month or so. Caribe and mekong haze some time after that but i am very excited about both. @BudGoodman
Very long flowering time but, being what it's fir I can understand why you'd choose it. Great patience to take a space up when you're limited too.
Looks yummy....will be interesting to see you lock in some new strains.Very long flowering time but, being what it's fir I can understand why you'd choose it. Great patience to take a space up when you're limited too.
I've been buying again too, went fur 2 cbd strains for family, and a couple to bump it up fur freebies, both heavy stoners for me

What happened?
Just my general idiocy. I do think she is looking better personally. Most recently, i think a combo of light stress and a pH swing from a mistake with nutrients.Any ideas whats going on with the haze?
FWIW, some sativas can be very sensitive to watering and nutes. Wish I had more to offer. Hope she perks up for you.Just my general idiocy. I do think she is looking better personally. Most recently, i think a combo of light stress and a pH swing from a mistake with nutrients.
I mean this was her a while ago.
