Morning and thanks for the support. More then happy to help out in any way. Even if it's not my seeds. Always happy to help out. Joe's cut is a nice cut. It's from Head's seeds. Joe found this pheno type and allot of people love it. One reason is the weight. This girl yields some monster cola's. Very big tops and this bitch stinks. She's a very good pheno and is done on 72 days and worth her wait. There are a couple of pheno's in Head's Casey Jones cross and from all the info I've read and talked to with growers. Pretty much all of them are winners.

I don't know if Head has a Casey Jones cut he keeps around. I know he keeps the Oriental Express male and female around for making fresh seeds. These where seeds I gave him back in the day, so I can't tell you if he keeps a Casey Jones around.

As for your Chem x Casey Jones cross. I don't know why it would veg slow. Unless it's root bound, but I'm sure you got them in the right size containers. As for stinking already. I don't doubt this with this cross. Good luck with them and hope they turn out well.

Let me know if I missed anything.
Take care,
BG

HI Billygoat don't forget to update. Doing a grow along with ya here.

Sorry, I've been super busy with so much things. I've got those down and had a few issues. I'll take some pictures of the finish buds. They should be dry in a few more days.

I'm far from done and will keep posting in this thread with next rolls. I've reduced my numbers to two girls. I think they are plant #4,9. They both yield nice and one looks to be more on Joe's Casey Jones cut. Big fat main cola's. I've got clones in hold and should have them in my new bucket system in a month. Going to top them and give them a veg. Going to run 8 buckets and set up a PVC netting frame. They will be under a 2x1000HPS setup.

Sorry, no pictures. Been super busy and had to do some major changes to room and lots of cleaning. I'll get some pictures up in a few days. Sorry, for the lack of posting. Very busy. Take care and thanks for the support.
Later,
BG

Looking forward to the pictures. How many days did you take them?

Are you still working on some S1 Casey Jones?

Thanks.
:hi

Sorry, I didn't take any pictures. Was sick and very busy at the time. Yes, I've got the Casey Jones moving forward. Got new cuts and waiting to grow seeds with clone and look at them both. I do not want to release these. Till I know they are all females and that they grow like the mother.
Thanks

Any updates BG? Curious how these turned out.

They turned out pretty well. I don't have any pictures. The yield was good and on the sativa side. Would have done much better outdoors. These will yield very nice out doors. I had some grower's locally that ran them and they killed it with this cross. The plants like the sun for sure. They also can be grown indoors. I was just very sick and they didn't get the love they needed.

The smoke turned out nice. I had samples at out booth at both events. 2011 SF Hightimes Medical Cup and the 2011 West Cannabis Cup. Everyone seemed to like it. Those who grown CJ, could smell her in the mix.

I'm going to run these again. They are a good yield outdoors and indoors. Indoors, they look to be a very nice strong SGROG plant. Those with the need for low plant count numbers.

Sorry, been busy and sick. Dealing with Liver issues and being broke, lol. If anyone has any other questions or missed something. Hit me up and I'll get back to you.
Take care,
BG

I'm hoping to squeeze done of these into my outdoor grow. Hope you are doing better BG and in good health

I know these post are older,Are any of these beans currently available billy?

Looking beautiful & healthy brotha. The title of the thread caught my attention, most defiantly an interesting cross. I remember having an ounce of some real top shelf Chocolope a long time ago, it looked like absolute flame but it didn't have that taste that i love. Casey Jones is fire though, who knows what the cross will be like. On another note, I always wondered why they Casey Jones was named that, he was like a well known rail-road engineer back in the days.
