I'm pretty sure these ladies love ze BLACK METALS! They're always praying when it's on! ...or maybe it's just always on and they're preying coincidentally- WHATEVER! haha

...lol, yeah bro, i gotta admit i'ma old guy so somthin' like this is more my speed.

Hahah, yeah it's surely not everybody's cup of tea! I was just turned on to Zappa and the mothers recently. He's a damn musical madman-- waaayy ahead of his time. So far my favorite is "Weasels Ripped My Flesh". You got any recommendations for similar albums/artists? I've been on a avant garde/expirimental tear for the last couple years and I'm always trying to find new stuff to listen to.

if you are familiar with torrents and PirateBay then just do a search for Frank Zappa and look for a torrent that purports to be his discography and i say it that way because it in no way is a complete collection of his work but it is a good start, maybe 30 or so albums, ...if you then listen to the two folders 'Guitars 1' and 'Guitars 2' you'll see that Frank was, at heart, an amazing jazz guitarist, phucking amazing!

...and i've actually been thinking about a music thread as i don't keep a diary so keep your eyes peeled, lol.

peace, bozo

btw, i can also post up a link to the torrent i refer to if you'd like.

...and here's a little something from a guy that rocked my youth, Frank wasn't the only guy from back then who was ahead of his time.

I appreciate you checkin' em out! they're going to be some pretty nice smoke- can't wait to be honest! Been totally out of head smoke for far too long now (ran out of the fall outdoor harvest supply around late December... haha) and I can't wait to enjoy some of the fruits of our "pollen chuck". Going to make some F2s, BX, and Xs with some CTHA and Pink 2.0 pollen:-)

Yeah, I'm down for that if you've got the link handy! I'll be on the lookout for that music thread as well man. Thanks.

...here you go bro but remember, this isn't a definitive collection, just a good starting point, ...if you find you really dig his work he was positively anal about recording his stuff so all you gotta do is go hunting on PirateBay and you'll find an assload of video, his 'Does Humor Belong in Music' show is great and i love how funny a lot of his stuff was, he set out to intentionally insult as many groups of people as he could, lol.

...something you may not know is he was totally anti drug, for him it was titties and beer, lol.

haha yeah, not too many people share identical music tastes. I'm into abrasive technical weirdness- some people think I'm crazy for listening to "all that noise" but my plants and I love it.

I love all kinds of music except for a couple. Not into rap and Iron Maiden was as hard as I got. These days I love mellow and happy.I was raised on the likes of this though:

I got ya man, everybody definitely has their own flavor. Classical holds a special place in my heart as well, my favorites are Bach, Wagner, Strauss, and Tchaikovsky. I love the visceral feeling good music conveys. My favorite types of music all evoke this in me. That's another reason the farm is sick as hell. So many different people from all walks of life working together and sharing info, opinions, humor, you name it- you've got it here.

Thanks Mo, this has been my first true run indoors. When I first started 3 years ago I was growing bagseed super skunk outdoors. An old friend from school dropped by who also grew and I was given a 400W and some mite infested "OG" clones, which needless to say, turned me away from attempting an indoor for a while after. I accumulated the equipment to start myself a decent small grow after working on an outdoor collective grow that turned out to be a disaster. Too many bossy, greedy partners and disrespect, but it was a big learning experience- I don't regret it. These plants are all the more special to me now though, they represent (to me) breaking away from the bullshit and starting fresh with new aspirations. I appreciate you checking 'em out man.
