anyone have a picture of their jacks mix? I seen one by @Capulator and his comes out light blue (Jacks/K2SO4/MAP) and mine seems to come light green everytime... Using 50% jacks with potas sulfate and map...
Calcium Nitrate might be what you are talking about being blue. By contrast, Jacks 5-12-26 blend will take on a greenish/yellow hue.
mine always came greenish/yellow along with a decent blue for the cal nitrate. But in the pic I saw this and the hydro color had me worried I was doing something wrong all this time.
Unless Jacks have changed their Hydro colors that's probably @Cap combining other salts with his 5-12-26 that caused the color change. Nowadays Jacks Hydro looks like pee color- if that helps :p
your probably spot on. I recall he used to add MOST and one other additive that he no longer uses.
