An excellent point! Your anesthesiaologist (sp?) has your life in his hands. Play it safe.

Tossed and turned all nite no sleep. Hopefully will sleep when they gas me out... LoL....

Re anesthesia..... I had a good talk with the anesthesiologist before my carpal about MMJ...

This was about 15 mins before she gave me a shot "to calm you down" and had left the room. When she came back she flung the curtain open and looked at me and said "somehow I just knew you'd still be awake..." She then went on to tell me MMJ makes the drugs she uses less effective....

I had to correct her. It isn't the pot....it's the years of ludes and reds and valiums and other pain/downing meds I used to take/be addicted to...along with everything else I used to flip the switch over the years. I then told her I needed a "double" of whatever she was offerin'.... and she smiled and said "We can accomodate that..." LOL.... (then she whacked my ass but good)

Now the colonoscopy was a different story. THAT doc didn't believe my story about having a very high tolerance......that is...until after the surgery..... which I watched on TV through the SCREAMS....

He'll listen next time.....and my chart now has " NEEDS FULL ANESTHESIA" written across it in read magic marker so there's no mistake or repeat..... holy buttfuck, Batman! OWWWCH!

let us know how the episode of "Chickenman meets Verced" plays out, bro!

Made it back home alive. All went well. Current pain is not too bad. They gave me 2 perks and sent me home with slow release oxy no tyenol script.
Very happy with the Docs, nurses, and staff. Found our also had cartalige damage.
Huffed a few huffs prior to WTF, all in all its was a not too bad. Thinking the worst is over..
Time now for some chow.. Thanks all, you all are great...CM

FMD Fuckme dead. Got Hosp bill for knee surgery.... $19, 650.00... outpatient 5 hours...Does not include anasthesalogist or surgeons time...
Auto ins will cover up to 25k, will have to pay out of pocket iam sure.
Wondering why i feel like shit, tired, cant sleep, little appitite, stomach fucked up. All them drugs they gave me must be fuckin me up, 22 different medications, IV soultions and whatever else. Not really bitchin will get by moneywise fine, just blows my mind how much health care costs. Imigane a really major stint in hosp would cost .... SSJ...Sweet Sufferin Jesus......
