Cloning Aloe From Cuttings

Anyone have a secret to cloning from cuttings? There weren't any pups so I figured I'd try it the hard way lol.

I always just use the offshoots. What are doing? Separating part of the main? I guess that might work if it's not too injured. Post pix. You could always start seeds too

Temp75-80 f humidity 65-80% keep it simple, filtered water, no nutes. Trying to understand why you would clone a leaf?

Watched that thread doc. I was actually talking about cloning the aloe not cannabis

I was wondering about cloning aloe vera too. My dog has been itching, and my neighbor has tons of plants so I wanted to take a cutting if I could. I'll keep an eye on this :blackalien:

I use the pups. If no pups, then I would divide the plant so it's got some roots.

There weren't any pups and it didn't seem like my pops wanted me doing plant surgery in the kitchen. I did have a decent buzz going so maybe that came into play lol

Yea I did 2 angled and one straight, I wasn't sure which would be better.

Tbh I threw together a soil from what I had here. About 40% sand, 40% super soil, and 20% peat/coco mix with perilite

aloe is easy to clone, you can use native soil from your yard they thrive on neglect.
