Hope everybody is irie. Well the weather went to wet after a great, dry couple of months. I have taken all the plants down as I have to go on a trip in less than a week. They could have gone longer, but still close enough. I did pull a couple of clones of each one so I could run them again in that funny little window before long season starts again, stoked to look at them all again.

The HB x BSHW was my favorite due to its flower structure, superior mold resistance and nice Headband stink. These two plants held up in wet conditions better than almost anything else in the greenhouse and they were pretty far from the fans. There was a bulkier flowered plant and the other was a little more leggy, both had that nice Headband smell with a touch more complexity. Currently drying.

My second favorite was the Headband x Puna Budder. Had 3 of these girls that seemed like they leaned towards the momma with more girth. The smells on these were a little louder than the BSHW daddy cross, they smelled chem and sometimes like an OG. Did OK with the mold, particularly the first one pictured.

My camera sucks, I gotta run....will put up pics of the SC x PB later....gotta go have dinner at my old friends house, dude was in a Thai prison for awhile after getting popped smuggling for BOEL.

Hey I'm a big fan of Coastal seeds! Ever since hearing Bamboo talk about their business practices over there I've been interested in their seeds. Gotta get some myself, actually where can i purchase those seeds been having a hard time finding them. Props to you man on your grow outdoor weed is always the best weed!

I just ordered some packs of the Coastal Seeds PNW HP x NL1. I had this stuff back in the 80s-90s from Nevil, and it was some of the best stuff ever. Great Hash Taste. Best Ive ever tasted for Hash flavor. Pure Nepali Temple Ball taste. Very lung expansive. No way you needed to smoke a whole joint. Even with several people.

I hope this 1 is as good as the stuff I had.

I also had this crossed with the Nevils 88 NL5/Haze, and it retained the taste, and was even more powerful, with a more devastating Mental, and Physical buzz. I had some people say it was to strong. A lot of people would get paranoia, and anxiety, and if your blood sugar was low, would make some people sick. I was accused of putting PCP in it more than once.

Ive got some of the original 88 LTD Release NL5/Hz from Nevil genetics, and plan on breeding these 2 together again.

Ive got to save up more $$ for the NL1/Hp. Ive been looking for this original stuff for over 15 years.

Ive got some of the original COOT/Nevil 88 NL5/Hz genetics, and I plan on breeding the Coastal NL1/HP, and selecting the best female(s) and breed it/them with the most Sativa leaning Male NL5/Hz. Then pick the best HP leaning Male Pheno, and breed it back to the 1st generation Female NL1/HP.

The best indoor stuff Ive ever seen, and some of the best stuff Ive ever seen, was the OLD Nevils 88 LTD Release NL5/HZ crossed with Nevils Hashplant ( NL1/PNW HP, bred that, and got the Best HP Leaning Male and BX to Clone Mother PNW HP ) Mine then had Road Kill Skunk/SK1 added to the mix.

It was pure Road Kill Skunk Smell, but tasted like the finest hash you could ever wish for. You knew every hit you took, you were going to cough if you hit it to hard. Some people would get so high they swore I put something in it. Some would get anxiety, and panic attacks, and if you hadn't eaten could cause hypoglycemia. This was also the cause of many that got sick, and paranoid. It could drive the blood sugar to the ground to those prone to it. It never bothered me, but a friend of mine ( Glutton for Punishment ) would go to the ground, and would aly there for sometimes hours, and would have horrific gas. But he'd smoke it knowing what it was going to do. I had this stuff 5 years before the feds got it.

I'm really excited about both of these strains, but the NL1/HP is really some good tasting stuff, and really powerful, Physical high and add in the trippy effects of the Haze, and you have 1 overwhelming smoke. Way to much for many, and even seasoned smokes need only a couple/few hits to get totally fried. For hours. Like I said, I grew the crapout of it 5 years, and never ever got tired of it, and never got burned out on it. No ceiling.

It was also dangerous to try and drive on, as it could temporarily make your sight go out for several seconds, and get a huge headrush, and if you took to big of a hit, you were going to for sure be coughing your brains out. It was so good there was really no use in making extract out of it, unless you were truly using it for medical purposes.

I big hit of just the flower, and you were off to the races. I lost some older ( 60+ ) customers because they wanted something to relax with, and when they smoked it after work, hoping to relax, they were looking to see if the cops were outside.

But after a while a heavy duty Indica body melt would kick in, and you would be useless, and starving. Youd eat, fall asleep. Then when you woke up, you were still fried. And hungry. It must have been really heavy duty in both CBD, and THC.

But I have really high hopes for the Coastal NL1/HP, and look forward to giving them a lot more money in the near future, if this stuff is as good as its supposed to be, and I have no reason, not to think it wont be. Ive asked around, and Ive heard it is very, very potent.
