How can you tell the difference between a little tip burn from too strong of an EC and the very beginnings of a K deficiency? Would a lack of rising run off EC make you lean toward the lack of K interpretation?Yes. I bump it up slowly and back it off when I get a little tip burn. Have you tried UC roots? Great descaler.With coco/perlite I would not recommend tracking runoff pH. It will have you chasing ghosts. The only metric you need to worry about is runoff EC. A rising runoff EC indicates salt buildup and a flush is required. Also, increasing the amount of solution at each feeding event will mitigate further buildup.
Try UC Roote. I am assuming it is just a salt built up. If you are seeing some funk qith PH I would give them a good earth worm tea with bat guano for the fungi and should stabilize everything.Thanks! I'm still pretty new to it, but getting better ever round.
No. UC Roots is basically pool shock and it will kill everything. Even my beneficial microbes.Have you tried UC roots? Great descaler.
