Comments and suggestions on setting up a 11' X 13' medical grow

Hey everyone, I'm a caregiver for a patient that suffers from nerve damage.

As the title suggests, I have a 11' X 13' X 8' room that is going to be used to flower 24 lovely ladies of various strains. I'm looking at getting either 2 undercurrent 12xl or 3 undercurrent 8xl.

I'm planning on keeping the chiller and ballasts outside the room and going with either 4000 or 6000 watts of vertical lighting. I will also be adding either a 24,000btu or 36,000btu window banger. Eventually I will be adding CO2, so I'm building this as a sealed room.

I'll be adding pics throughout the buildout process shortly, but I'm looking for any suggestions or comments on anything I might have forgotten or missed.

I'll add anything if I remember it.

Hi, im a neubie to the farm but have lurked 4 ages. be interesting to see what u do with this... i have 10'x13'x7' and am planning to grow 4 plants. i have nearly finished the room. spec:
blockwork skin, celotex 2" insulation roof, plasterboarded and plastered, just got to paint it all white (matt) and then try to diy a system. hope all goes well!
