Just saw that, saw earlier Rhode Island gov considering rounding up fleeing New Yorkers.
That didnt change anything for most all people here. They had to do it here because some people refused to follow the simple guidelines of social distancing. They were still gathering in big groups in parks and malls but not now. You can still go out and get groceries, gas, pharmacies....Nothing different that we werent doing before the order was put in place.OKC, Tulsa OK. shelter in place midnight.

I can't say definitely for sure, but it does seem that way. Foreign travelers usually arrive at the larger airports so your observation makes sense.
