what I was saying about the UV is....it is homey to use it at the end
the sun contributes UV every day

to keep the light more realistic to the mimmic of sun....which the uv is trying to do
it is best to use the uv for peak day
as in what ever time is mid day....use it at that time for about 2 hours a day
that will create more of a sun like effect
changing terpines and flavanoids

and the sun really does play a factor

those Quin N Tonics I have
indoors just a typical Indica
outdoors.....has pink pistils and smells like rotting blueberries.......same feed so it has to be changes do to the sun spectrum

Awesome good point!
Well I picked up another hood for $45 like the one I already got. So that makes 2 vented hoods and that led..
That should get my temps where I can control them better!
You say 14 to 18" on the led?
So I should be able to get about that low with the 600 vented hoods now too right?

Maybe too much UV?
I read an article similar.
Maybe why wish only recommends them for a cpl hrs mid day eh?

Veg a lil longer and kept tucking a lil longer.. You had some tops that didnt make it to the top of scrog. They lacked light and stole nutes from your tops that were getting ample par...

If you followed this coco grow u know that im very hard on myself and expect nothing less. I will always strive to get better at my techniques!

I do want a more consistently even canopy. Usually it's pretty even but sometimes my weaving is not so great. I could try tucking more the first 2 weeks of flower. When I do tuck it's usually only in the middle of the scrog where the light is most intense. I usually let the edge of scrog stand taller. I move plants from a veg room to a flower room. I could veg longer but it would be under a 1000w hps. I only tried this once. I left the hps on 24/7 for about a week after Scrogging and they were way too bushy after stretch. My canopy was so thick I had to lollipop twice. Lol I haven't tried that since. I will veg a few days after I scrog next time. Thanks for the advice!

#3 is a great goal! I'm sure you will do awesome! I used to average 30 per 1000w. Lately only 24 avg per 1000w. I expect with coco avg. will go up. Once mite problem is over of course. My record is 46.

Did a little defol to get light to as many tops as possible..
It either makes it to the top of the scrog by next Mon, or it gets lollipopped!
I can see a nice canopy beginning to form!

That's wild. How much space? How big was the canopy? How long you veg?
I had a 2' x2' plant that was 3.8 oz I'm trying to picture 15 of them. That would be one big ass plant. And t was under ONE 1k bulb???
