Thanks bro for inquiring. Ya im good.. Im in a no no state at the moment. That is due to change, prob first of the year. Anyway, my ac compressor just kept pulling smell out of the house. I had knocked it down to just a faint smell, but thats not acceptable to me. So i pulled the 350 ac out the room and hooked up the fan and filter again. I had to drop down from 1750 watts to 1450 watts to maintain 75* at lights on. But no ac costs and I save 300 watts on electric, so oh well... She is back to no smell now, but i wont be adding the c02 this run. I plan to take the summer off after this run, and will resume in the fall with a pheno hunt in solo cups, and by the time i got enough clones, it will be winter, and hopefully the first of the year, we get the law right, and i wont have to worry about a small faint smell.
But right now, they would make a criminal out of me, even tho 100 miles away its perfectly legal, and will be here in less than 9 months ......
And yes Jesus is bewildered at the self emposed restrictions we have put on ourselves and each other... They claim he is coming back a second time, but im like, "Would you come back to this world?"
Legal or not bro its always a good idea to be worried about a faint smell. Can't be too careful right? :shockedninja:

35 days...

hahaa Jesus coming back
I think he would look around and see millions of people idolizing crosses and portraits of him hanging and say
"What kind of sadistic fucks are these people..........Dad......do I HAVE to go back?
Why are all these people mocking my death?"

I think time off would be good...
allow you to get everything set exactly how you want it
go through everything and make sure you are doing exactly what you want with the equipment and grow methods you want

sounds like a good deal

lmao! Exactly... Ya this summer i can get it completely sealed, and i wont be right in the middle of a grow, and can tweak things in the middle of the day. I have been having to wait till its dark to mess with that window/vent/ac unit...
So most deff a project that needs an empty room...

So @Wisher619 got some questions...
1st... So i went hiking and found a few briar patches that were pretty thick and had a good set a bushes on 3 sides... Pretty decent... Got a cornfield about 1/4 mile away and the dirt was pretty nice. I was enthused... I found the spots on google earth, and then today went and scouted...
So i was wondering to myself,,, is the ocean forest got nutes in it? Does the native soil have enough nutes in the ground? What would happen if i planted my clones straight in the native soil?

How much direct sun does a plant need? Im sure that they will not get more than 6-8 hrs of direct light? is that fine? And Im guessing that i need to start preparing these clones for outside eh?
So i should pot these clones, in solo cups, for a few days and let them get a few hrs of light for a couple days before i put them out...
Do i have to use ocean forest or will any potting soil work? Does Ocean forest have something other potting soils dont?
U know im stupid when it comes to soil,,,
but now its time to learn :)

Also i bought 2 plans at krogers, (majesty palm)... I see centipedes crawling in it :(
Of course im not gonna put it in my room but it is in my house...
And do you feed plants like these, are do i just water them twice a week?
Can I clone them?

I would just water those plants maybe once every 2 weeks

as for the FFOF
you never know what the native soil is like
FFOF is always a good premix bag that has a lot of goodies in it
I would also suggest some Mycos to inoculate the roots
the FFOF is there so that plant is good until it hits native soil and the roots with the mycoses should do the rest
I mean you could use EWC mixed with native or straight compost
but you want to give them a head start by giving them something nutrient rich for the early life...they should the take off

but you need tone careful
I have planted some plants that only get like 3' tall in 5 gal pots
but in ground get 8' tall and 6' around

not so inconspicuous any more

plants don't really need direct sun all day....just as long as they get 8-10 hours of direct and the rest ambient
they probably won't grow as serious but will still grow just fine

if you want to prepare them for outside....you can use the MH and a fan....should harden them off

1.5 cu foot
Can i split 3 bags between 6 holes... 6 bags would be a lil too much for me to hump...
that would be 3/4 cu yard per plant per hole...
Do u think i can slide with that?
And using less ffof means i might have to top dress later in the year with some ewcor something right?
Am I following...
Lol u know me, i will ask a million question for the first few days, then i be good lol!

FFOF is high in nutes and can burn young clones or seedlings so i switched over to their Happy frog.Possibly a mix of happy frog on the top and FFOF on the bottom to allow the clones to mature before their roots grow into the FFOF.
i have found most clones to be vegged under 20 hours of light that you pick up from the dispensaries,if you put these out without matching the light schedule they will flower within 5 weeks. When they notice the days are getting longer they reveg and are not nearly as good as ones that have not went threw this. Most of us here in Cali try and match the Day light hours and put clones out mid to late may.

I can say this about the corn field, I work with a farmer and he says he harvests the corn here before most weed us finished. He said he's always running grows over in his field when he harvests. I would put it off to the side, not in the corn

what???? LOl what idiot would put it in the middle of a corn field????
Brother my holes are in the middle of a 20 acre patch of woods with a corn field about 1/4 mile away... I just meant i was very thrilled with the native soil there... I found a packet of briars prob 12 feet in dia, with some fallen trees, surrounding 3 sides of it, that are prob 10 foot tall.. Its awesome... It took me a few mins to figure out how to crawl in there, but i found away... I ordered 4 1/2 cu foot of ocean forest, and a foldable shovel, and some mycos... Im ready...

remember i am a hunter, and the woods are my haven... I was just glad i found somewhere within 15 mins of driving!

you dont need that much
dig the hole 2x the size of the root ball and fill
so if you are doing clones 1 bag will go all the way

Well i read about both of the fox farm soils, and i dont think its that hot, i know there is ppl that deff dont think it is... Now they shore as hell dont recommending you giving any OTHER nutes with the soil for at least 30 days, and then some molasses, ewc....
As for the clones, i have rooted them just a few days ago and they are still in the cloner under 24 hrs single t5 in rapid rooters... Tomm i will transplant them into solo cups, of ffof, where they will get 18 hrs mh until this weekend, then i will put them out...
I just checked ,, we got 13.45 hrs of daylight today...
15 hrs is the most we will ever get here, thats 6/6/17
and it doesnt get back to 12/12 until 9/25/17
which means they wont finish till 11/25/17 ???? No way! We will have a foot a snow here by then :(
