to be honest
I dont know what the money situation is but I would get a single COB Cree 3590 a Pin Heatsink and a single driver and use that
or get one single cob premade ie cob/pin/hlg driver
and use that for a mom

or go to Walmart and get a T-8 fixture for $10.00 and grab 2 6500k bulbs
CFL's are just not effecient for what we do

Use the 2 45 watters for the mother...
What are we gonna grow the mother in?
a 2x2x4 box is about what you need...
U dont got to worry about light leaks...
Just air flow...
use just 2 of the lil 23 watters for cloning..
Use the 300 watt for flower...
First couple dollars you make YOUR FIRST INVESTMENT,
needs to be a new flower light.
It needs to be a led and the coolest running one you can find.
Which is prob a cob setup running at 40%
se very efficient and no need for expensive fans and exhaust equipment...
Move your 300 led to veg and mom area...

When the time comes for the cob leds go check out growmau5 on YouTube. He has a lot of good info on leds and how to make them yourself.
