Last grow I'd open the tent and the cat and dog would both come running. They're obsessed with the leaves. Will eat them like it's lettuce.

Looks great. Im interested in the smoke report. Will it taste better than the earlier harvest and would it have been worth it to take the whole crop 2 extra weeks.

I am in coco at week 7 and the plants should be done at week 9 how should i flush it. I was thinking about dropping from my 700PPM feed to about a 300PPM feed but maybe i should just run flavor enhancers with ph balanced water. What do you think amigo.

Good question, i have something to add to this question.. I see vader running canna boost until he harvests because he says the flavor enhancers don't affect the flush and you actually don't want to flush all of the flavors out.. something along those lines..

So what i have to add is: what botanicare product would essentially be the boost equivalent that i could run through flush?? if there even is one..

I am actually in a bottom feed system that is hydroton pellets for 2 inches and 50 50 coco perlite. But the idea is the same. Last round I went full bore until the end and it still tastes like the best weed I have ever smoked. But this time I think I am cutting the nutes down this week and then next week to about 200 ppm with enhancers only. They are already turning in to the fattest buds I ever grew and it smells like a good IPA beer with a hint of floral. I love growing

Look at Hydroplex I'm not sure what he uses but that is my bloom booster
It's like 0-6-10 if I remember s I dono about not flushing. No N I know that

Sounds about right, boost is 0-1-1... I think thats what he was saying as long as you are not running any N then you are pretty much good.. Ill have to rewatch that video..

What is your feeding rate/schedule with the hydroplex?

I would flush until you clear the coco of ppms then just run your sweetner till harvest

Cana boost....for those that have watched the Vader video....isnt a p/k booster
it is actually a sweetner....like a compost/seaweed/tricantinol type deal
miconutes and hormones/amino acids

I can't imagine the one last tea during flush would make any real difference, but at the same time I can't see it hurting either

I run tea once per week
but that isnt for flush

if you wanted to use something like Cana boost but for WAY cheaper
there is a product called
Bio-Cozyme by Grow More
very similar product
but it is only $13.00 a quart

Well when I said I would start the flush earlier,
most of you prob ASSUMED that was for taste...
It wasnt...It was for color...

Im sorry I was busy trimming and didnt know you guys was chatting about it..
I don't know about flushing really for taste as Ive already stated my feelings..
Its either Sticky Icky or It's not.
Yes over feeding and improper drying/curing can reduce overall potential,
but geno expression which is calculated in pheno expression really is deciding factor,
with everything else contributing to that IMO...

So my flush is to bring out the fall colors pre-decided in its genealogy.

Week 7 and the giantest donkey cock in the garden is white widow. I look forward to harvest and then I am running 2 white rhinos and 2 whatever the fuck i figure out. 50 seeds left and they are all stellar strains :D I didn't meant to hijack the thread amigo

your good I was just getting ready to reply to you..
Your ppm drop sounds excellent. I would go ahead and flush the plants right before you drop it so you make sure you dont got no salt build up.. which would be the same as not lowering the ppm
