I will say this. Of the 10 Jack Herer seeds I've ran the one in the ground that never received a drop of water is the terpiest of all hands down. It's curing now and smells like straight lemon. So sweet. I tried a tester and without a cure it was so smooth and tasted like candy. Lol. Even for outdoor
Can't wait to do a full run next year
But indoors I'm gonna stick to the coco dtw for now.
Following wishers advice has definitely sent me down the road to success.

Speaking of the girls.
No slowing down after lollipop. Finishing up the stretch Day 20 today

Sitting at 2.0 ec.
20ml CNS bloom
8ml silica blast
3ml Hydroplex
6ml sweet raw.
Will up the Hydroplex to 5ml probably next Rez and that's where I'll top out.
Start lowering a little bit after week 6

Na bro
I had them set up. Had the temp workin fine. Plenty of head space. All excited
1 day after flipping them on the plants (and mind you I ran them probably 36 hours testing out temps) one goes out!
Fuck. Oh well my buddy said I might wanna get new bulbs
I go get new bulbs for both come back and the other one went out
But new bulbs in. Nothing
I have dedicated power. My 1k work fine still. I just don't get it
I'm having a buddy look at them and if he can't fix them I'm going to get 2 new ones and the controller
They were used but it's someone I've known forever. I'm so pissed. I'm hooked now tho. Lol.
I got 2 12" can fans 2 quantum 1k ballasts and 2 gavitas for 100$ so can't complain there but still

And as I'm running this run and my canopy is about set where it is, stretch ending the gavitas would be PERFECT. I have plenty of space. Oh well. Soon. Worst case scenario I end with 2 brand new ones with the gavita controller. Lol. Maybe that's best case scenario.

Ive also been talking with someone who runs 1 gavita on a light mover over a 4x8 and pulls over 3 of thag light.
I could fit 2 4x8 in my room fine and have 2 gavitas on movers. Same heat double size.
In time grasshopper. In due time

Thats shitty....but the 12" fans are worth a hundo...

I just got done connecting all the phone cords to mine and mounting the controller.
Tomorrow, im gonna wire up all the 240v outlets and program the el1 and flower rm is done.
Havent started the veg rm cuz i had to convert all my appliances and furnace and water heater from electric to propane to free up some juice. Propane company has to do final inspection then i can whip something up for veg...had to wait for inspection cuz of veg rm location.

Hahaha. It wouldn't be as bad if they just didn't work. I would been like cool. Ballasts and fans for 100.
But they worked GREAT for days! I ran them a lot before I put the plants in there

The funny thing is they went out within a day of each other.
The only explanation I have as of right now is they were bought the same time and just hit there limit once I got them. Lol
So weak

I like the Gavita controllers...
My ceilings are way too short for me to unfortunately not be able to utilize them.
I guess if I want a controller im gonna have to get 2 of them 500 watt chilled diy leds with controller :)

Thx man....actually this setup is only temporary. House i bought has a huge pole barn on the property w a brand new electric service but to do what i want is gonna take big money so had to set this up in what will ultimately become my man cave. The barn has a gravel floor so first thing will be to install floor drains, sump pit and concrete. This portion alone is 18k. So maybe run this set up till spring and then start my dream build

I've been drooling over these tho too

They have the controller just like gavita
Laser temp reading the canopy temp and will dim or raise the light intensity based on temperature (like the new gavita)
Comes with the Phillips bulbs.
Much more but they're sweet. Been looking at them at my hydro shop

Well hell then If you can do that, then I should be able to run (2) 1k in hoods surrounded by (2) 500 watt chilled diy leds (8) modules total with there controller..
over an 8x8 scrog.... just fuck the tent and open the whole room back up so I can just utilize the 500 minisplit and 200 NG c02 burner...


That should equal your gavitas!
I will not give up on my quest!
