I dried my last crop for 8 days at 55% rh and 66-68°F. I did a wet trim and a dry trim, the wet trim I only got rid of large leaves, hung them by individual branch, and left them alone for 8 days. Some of the branches snapped, some didn’t, but they felt dry enough that they could retake their shape after pressing hard without leaving my hand super sticky, so I jarred them up. I got tiny hygrometers and 62 humidity packs. Some hygrometers are reading as low as 44% while some as high as 54%. They were jarred up wednesday morning and now around 20 hours later it’s reading that they are way over dried. I was gonna smoke test it tonight after work but seems concerning low. Last grow I hung up all 4 plants entirely, and it took about 2.5 weeks to dry to the point they feel now. Not sure if I should try to rehydrate them or give them some time. I also messed up and ordered quart sized mason jars instead of half gallon. I filled up all 12 quart sized and took a half gallon from my previous crop for the rest. All dried the same amount of time, and the good hygrometer I have for curing can only fit in the half gallon container. That reads 55% rh. Not sure what to do, only my 2nd cure. Is it really this over dried? Every where I look it’s rare to have a quick drying process with those drying conditions. The temp is a bit high, but I needed to use a seedling heating mat to bring humidity down since it was at 70%
