Absolutely I think there is an ease to liquid also. Still find that if ya mix it into the media you get the crust? Im a synthetic guy so I can say as I have experience with that.

I'm still searching for "the one" ;) The Roots Organics stuff did me well, I'd recommend it. I've tried Cutting Edge Solutions with coco and the FF nutes for soil.

If I were to pretend the soil, not a big deal, but even with a little chicken scratching on the surface, the tendency to be hydrophobic is still there. Honestly, it has to be something I'm not doing, because many great growers love dry amendments.
