day to in EZ Clone 120-stems shrinking & turning brown

i got min new, boiled RO water, ph'd it to 6.0 i added 2 12" airstones, the clear rez that come with it and a teaspoon of bleach per gallon, i got the temp set to 67 degrees and have gotten nothing but brown slime.
