Hey all,
Last time you guys were a great help so I thought I'd post here again.

I have a humboldt dream on day 49 of a 60 day strain.
Had some issues earlier which resulted in me feeding lighter than as heavy as I was. I might have actually fed to lightly.

Anyway over the last 3-4 days my plant has lost its color mainly where it's getting the most light. The outskirts are greener.

I've read that defiency can lead to budrot. My humidity is 50% and under always.

I'm just after some help if I should let it ride out or pull it? I really don't want rot

Believe me I want to I've just read up so much stuff on defiency leads to budrot
never heard of that ... any link(s) ?

some strains and some phenotypes within a strain are just more prone to rot than some others with lower humidity... while some other strains and phenos will resist high humidity

also cannabis is an annual plant, it's supposed to have some senescence at some point near the end of flower ...

if your humidity stay under 50 and you have airflow right all should be good
would check buds under loupe last 1.5 week on regular basis, watch the stats and let them ride to the end

she's just yellowing type as you have nute burn there slightly so she's fed and buds look nice and tasty 🤘

"5 Keep your plants healthy. Bud rot is more likely to hit if your plants are suffering from nutrient deficiencies. According to Leafly, ā€œplants with healthy immune systems are more likely to fend off mold growth."

well that seem like just an assumption from "leafly", i searched google and google scholar and there is no article or no studies showing any clear evidence of a correlation between a plant being deficient and being more subject to rot

Yeah I hear what your saying but I was reading on reddit another bloke who posted similar and they say this is not a senescence it's something underlying. Geez maybe I'm going overboard with this lol. I was even thinking to cut the fan leaves off as they turn completely yellow

"In particular, nutrients could affect the disease tolerance or resistance of plants to pathogens. However, there are contradictory reports about the effect of nutrients on plant diseases and many factors that influence this response are not well understood. "

So I should just let it ride out? Should I cut the yellowed fan leaves off?

try giving a little more N along flowering next time i'd say (but be warned feeding needs can vary from one phenotype to another even within the same strain), if that's not the issue, then you should investigate pH or nutrient lockout that can cause similar symptoms as deficiencies or excess.

I’m with the other guys let it ride first signs of budrot ya sugar leaves on the buds will twist upside down then just die off so keep a real good eye on ya sugar leaves šŸ‘

Ok once again thanks for all your help mate šŸ™

You're not letting your soil dry out between watering and looks like you've been doing it a long time if your plants look that color. Lots of wet wilt everywhere. Your soil needs to go thru a complete wet/dry cycle. What kins of soil are you using?

yeah i did not paid attention to it at first, but soil on the second photo look rather dark color and wet/damp , did you just water ?

overwatering is also a possible issue, wet/dry cycle for the roots are key. (tho the leaves might me more clawed if over-watering)

Canna Terra Professional.
Yes I let my soil completely dry out. I water / feed twice a week. I let it fully dry out until it's light as a feather then water. Same as I do every grow. I was actually letting it dry to far back to the point where the EC climbed really high and burnt all the tips. Last 4 -5 weeks it's just a football no soil. But yes definitely always wet and dry cycle. First thing I actually learnt

Yes I just fed about 10 minutes before I took that photo and the one on the right I watered yesterday. I let it dry back until the pot is light as a feather. Irrigate twice a week
