im thinking just not all the way cured, we blasted some indoor 2lb and it was not completely cured still a little damp and we cant get it not to be sticky to the touch. now we have also ran stuff that was 10 days old and been sitting outdoors and it came out beautiful, we could pick it up and it wouldn't stick to the hands. Which is what we want every time!! And the funny thing is indoor was fire!!! and it didnt come out as well as some outs that had been laying around for days.
