All depends on how you look at it! If you're vegging both plants as moms, and then decide to only keep one, you can flower the other one out. It's not like you're wasting time or energy on them. It may not be quite as good as the one you're keeping, but odds are it'll still be good! Just look at it as an extra long veg period. Hell...do a little LST on the one you suspect will not be staying and really make the most of your time! By the time she finishes, she should be a good yielder.

All the plants in the veg room are basically clone doners for upcoming 8 plant runs. Iv been having a problem getting my plant numbers up for a decent harvest. Only way is clone I guess.

Just did a little but of training. Filling all the trellis as much as possible. I know in 2 weeks it will be completely full. I fed the big girl water and calmag and just waiting for the rest to need a drink.

Anyways....

This new chapter is starting at a great time in America. Marijuana is becoming more and more accepted as states legalize rec/med . Cali is booming and crazy things are happening. I'm not scared anymore of going to prison for growing this beautiful plant. The Kush Kitchen this round is going to be hydroponics
I'm starting a veg/pheno hunt tent in Rockwool. I'm starting my seeds in starter rockwool cubes then moving up to the 4inch blocks. From there I'll pick out the males from the females and drop the 4" cubes onto rockwool slabs. I'm running RO water with Veg and Bloom powder nutrients with silica, cal mag, mammoth P.
I soaked my cubes in 5.5 ph and 850ppm nutrient water for a half hr before putting my seedlings into my 4" blocks. I'm running 1 dripper currently but 1 dripper isn't enough to fully soak the rockwool. If been top feeding with a drinking glass I have at the moment. I plan on getting floracaps for them to better water the cubes. I let the cubes get nice and light before I feed and I only feed till they have about 10%water left in the cube.

Everything is going great, great plant growth and I'm pruning and topping this Sunday. I'll have pictures up soon




My flower room is going to be a 8x15x7 room with 12 bucket, top feed drip system in hydroton . Running same nutrients with a 50 gal res. There will be Co2 in the room coming from a co2 burner , the lights are fluence spydr plus and the new fluence spydr 2 . I will have pictures up soon.
