I'm confused about when I mentioned I'd been abused. I mean, I was, but I'm well past and over that. Those were daddy issues and me and my pops are super cool now.

That's a very different topic from fucking-piece-of-shit issues which is what I have with folks like this.

It's very simple. I take a hard line on people who knowingly make the choice to take from someone else (in any capacity). Is there room for forgiveness? Oh yeah, but there's no room for unapologetic sheistiness.

To be clear:

I have not been in a physical altercation of any kind in at least the last 10 years.
I have no been in a physical altercation wherein I threw the first blow in at least the 4 years preceding that.

Prior to that I was a drug dealer trying to keep his family afloat after a dead beat dad left them in a dilapidated hole in Cook County illinois.

Taking money or drugs from me then was nothing less than taking food out of my brother's and mother's mouths.

I am a nonviolent person, I'd go so far as to say that these days I am functionally a pacifist. That said, if you want to take from my family--you WILL need to go through me to do it. I don't recommend that anyone tries that.

The advice I gave here is advice given from the perspective of someone who was able to be fucked in this way. It's been a long time since I've been such a person. I haven't needed to develop new methods for dealing with issues like this because, flatly, I do not have the potential or possibility to find myself in such situations.

I work for my money these days and I wouldn't front a gram to a stranger to save Jesus from the cross. I'm an atheist, but you get the point.

if i was to "front" 10k of weed to a legal buisnees(dispensary) then i would do like any company, and write up a contract with the goods recieved, along with an invoice....

or

i would call up a few ppl i know and have the angels show them why they should not screw around

i guess it would depend how much i felt insulted

See that's kind of the issue, it's like guys who do this shit are basically calling your bluff that you won't do shit to them because either:

1. You're too nice of a person.
2. You don't have the connections or the gumption to do it yourself.

I'll tell a little story:

Once there was a guy named Dave. Dave thought he was the shit. He spent most of his days looking for a lick to hit, and if he didn't find one that felt victimless (like a robbery from a corporate entity) he was all to commonly comfortable with victimizing whoever he happened across.

This went on for MANY years to the point where he earned a reputation for himself. Unfortunately for Dave, my reputation did not precede me (because I didn't use violence as a way to control by fear--as it's worth noting Dave himself did--but rather as an absolute last resort), so one day Dave decided it'd be an excellent idea to rob me.

Rob me he did, and totally fucked I was.

You see, I owed money to a very scary individual for the product that I had lost. He made it clear that bad things would happen to me and mine if the situation were not resolved, but he was reasonable and gave me some extra time.

I used that time to track Dave down, kneecap him, throw him in a van with several buddies. There he stayed until he decided it'd be in his best interest to lead me to my missing product and any money he might have made on the sale of it. I also took a few of his personal belongings for interest and inconvenience.

Now fast forward 15 years. Dave walks fine, his knees healed. Dave is still kind of a douche, but do you know what he is not? A douche who robs people.

To my knowledge that was the last time he took something that wasn't his. He has a job, and actually a family now. I'm happy for Dave. Go Dave.

Now I wonder what path the dumbass might've ended up on had I not done what I did. My gut tells me he would've tried the dumb shit he tried with me with someone who was packing (not rare in Cook County, probably the least rare occurence relative to anywhere else in the country--statistics make that pretty clear) and would've found himself blown away in a parking lot somewhere.

Little Kayla and Martin (his kids) wouldn't exist, because their daddy never would've made it past 21.

Now, you can say I'm the big bad wolf in this story if you want to--but the reality is that even if that was the case, my primary impetus was protecting myself from a bigger, badder, wolf. Secondarily I was also interested in continuing to live in a house with my family.

Maybe I'm a dick, but this is what the drug game is in the Chicagoland area. If you owe--you pay. Period, full stop.

If I had gotten all Ghandi about it I'd probably be walking around with a few less fingers right now if I were even able to walk, or if I were alive in the first place. I didn't want to deal drugs, but I didn't know an alternative as a kid. That's part of why I'm so passionate about legalization (of ALL drugs, not just pot)--because I know that our choice not to legalize and regulate is guaranteed to leave the dirty work to still more kids who don't know what they're getting into.

If I knew what I know now I would go back and switch the whole thing around, but I'm hardly going to pay pennance for doing the only thing I could do in situations like these.

It was take a bullet, find a way to print money, or go get my shit back from Dave. The first two options obviously aren't reasonable.

If you want to time travel to the past and pay off my debts for me or feed my family and I--or keep the heat on in winter--I'd be MORE THAN HAPPY to accept that charity from you.

The truth, though, is that you weren't there.

yeah there are 2 kinds of ppl in this world, those who bark, and those who bite....i was taught a long time ago, its the quiet ones you have to worry about...all grown up now, its no different...

i grew up with the organized ones...family and dads friends were always part of it, they just always hung around...didnt know who they were till i was older...needles to say, whether they are still in the game, or out the game...we always keep our connections, never know when you need em....

one of my friends, who is in jail now for the next 8 years, was down in mexico with 2 diff big time leaders from here trying to organize a deal with the cartels...my buddy noticed a guy taking pictures of them...so he went over and grabbed the dude, beat him and left him for death in the ditch down the road....this guy taking pics, was a UC cop from our area who had mad the trip to mexico for surveilance...this same guy uses a drill through kneecaps to collect $$ owed......this guy was the next big angel leader in our area, working together with italians, angels and the irish...who did this guy call for help when he needed it? thats right, this quiet guy right here lol....

as a wise man once told me...there are those you can fuck with, then there are those you can fuck with but will fuck you up just as much as you wil fuck them up....know your place, just because you know ppl, dont mean you can do as you please...a buisness is a buisness regardless if its in the office or on the street

I'm not even particularly mean or sadistic. I shudder at the thought of hurting another human, but I won't pull punches if it's called for. I also won't go any further than is absolutely required.

I'm glad to say I've never drilled anyone's kneecaps and despite my ability with firearms (I'm well trained and have been from childhood) I've never thought to so much as point one at another human--nor will I unless my life or loved one's lives are in imminent danger.

All I've ever done is engaged in a little cloak and dagger blunt force trauma. The worst thing about me is that you won't be looking into my eyes when bad shit happens, you will be walking happily along--and then BAM, all of a sudden your day just got a lot worse.

See for me violence isn't about being or looking cool. If a guy picks a fight with me at a bar tonight, I will happily tell him to his face that I'm a bitch to avoid an altercation. I have nothing to gain from the sort of ego pumping violence that entails. My ego is fairly unassailable as many here have learned, and I don't measure myself by my physical prowess (though I'm not ashamed of it, either).

But if you think you can take from me something that I need, think again.

You can steal my TV, or anything that is a "want" and the worst that will happen is a police report will be filed. No retaliation directly from me.

It's when you compromise my ability to provide for myself or those I look out for that we've got a major motherfucking issue. You don't need to be the biggest baddest most sadistic motherfucker to get shit done.

Being sneaky, patient, and intelligent is more than good enough.

You say you are legit, and legal..Correct? Did you get any paper work from them, anything showing the transaction? If not next time you see, or talk to them record or video tape it with you cellphone(discretely). If you are in their shop they are recording you(So there is no since of privacy). Talk to them about the amount they owe you, and record it. Then leave. Go back a few seconds later and tell them what you did, and that you will be starting a law suit(find the name of a lawyer that does lawsuits, and tell them he is your lawyer). FYI..I don't know how legal any of this really is(LOL)..I had a similar problem(its on this forum...one of my very first posts..if you want to look it up), and got 70% back of what was owed to me. If they still wont pay start a real lawsuit! Growers here say they are legal, and yet (some) still act as if they are drug dealers. If we want society to take us as a ligament industry we need to start acting like it. What is more legit then one business suing another? Most growers without excellent contacts must do consignment at the start of their "career". This is even more true here in LA(SFV, Hollywood, specific). Good luck...
PS add them to the "Dog Pound" sub-forum of bad dispensaries.

I myself reserve the right to be violent when justified . Not for vengeance as that is left to God, but to collect on a debit over do when it is necessary and for that means. I`ll work with someone who just can`t pay but intended or intends to pay, things happen. It`s those who never intend to pay that could run into a problem. Again communication and some kind of effort goes a long way with me.

Its 2014, do not go into Hollywood bringing mayhem on the shop owner.. This how ever works in not so legal states, where everybody is on the same playing field.. But not in Cali, the best thing you can do if you dont want to stalk the store owner, or find his place of residents, or the schools his kids attend, or where his wife gets her weekly spa, or where his mother play bingo, or the favorite spot his dog like to hump, etc.. (you get the point)

The best thing you can do is YELP, lol IG, there WEBSITE reviews, etc. Anything that customers have to go through to look them up. The inter webs is huge today as far as advertising for these type of companies. They cant make commercials, and etc to put on TV.. Use it to your advantage, let it be known what happened to you..

We have to inform and not be ashamed.

And to "go after" I mean: legally. Sens has assets, he hides everything in LLCs as well as using people to front for him. Darryl Reed is just a front person as are a few other characters such as Niccolo Reggente. The guy who manages the H2H Dispensary is not the owner - the owner is Nextgen Cannabis Consulting LLC which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Next Generation Management Corp. Sens funnels money to this dispensary through his LLCs. Sens is actively (through his front people) setting up other dispensaries in Oregon and Washington. Sens has the $$ to pay you - Good luck!
