Do fungicides kill beneficial bacteria?

While spraying a fungicide on my plants some of the runoff was dripping into the containers and onto the table. My thought was since fungicides kill the bad fungus (powdery mildew) I was killing all the good ones also? Its a pretty common sence question but I was wondering if anyone knew for a fact that it does or not?

No doubt it still kills some bac.

Foliar feed with some compost tea. Also look into making your own lactobacillus
