Yeah a new pic would show it pointing even straighter up ha maybe it’ll come back down i won’t give it direct light and I’m gonna water them tomorrow lok dry af don’t they?

Give her shot-glass full at a time. At least that's what I use for seedlings that size. Either that or just wring out a soaked paper towel over it. I do this for cannabis, tomatoes, peppers or whatever. And try to dome it to keep humidity up. A clear plastic upside down cup works beautifully. The more humid you can make it, the less watering you need to do.
