I have my lights on for 24 hours also.Also it helped when I ran my light 24/0 at this stage so there wasn't any stretch at darkness especially if they get a little leggy.
From 130 cm this is the lux level I get.If you have a smartphone there are light meter apps. Depending on your phone I think is how well they work. The app I use is called ppfd meter. Seems pretty accurate.
Thats what I just did added some more for extra supportI would add more soil around the seedling for support, gently, don’t bend the stem.
Its 1000W HPS, wing reflector and connected to an old school mechanical ballast.What type of light is it? How far is it? id say no it's not stretching

Either I get faulty readings from APPs I am using or I have a very unusual thing going on with my bulb
