Drinking from a Cattle Trough

All my flowers drink from a cattle trough. It's been about 15 years since I've done a grow diary here so I figured it was time to update things. Like a lot of my fellow growers here I'm getting old and my health isn't good. Ruptured disk etc...

The written instruction is on point. Even I could do that,Lol, the solution they set in in the hydroton pellets is? Can I make a micro-dose "Grow solution like I do for my technique? SS

I can't imagine why this line of nutrients wouldn't work with your system. Technaflora is what I use. It's a product of our brothers to the north and has been on the market far longer than I've been growing. i really suck at "name that deficiency" because I don't have them, ever, with any strain I throw at it they just grow.

The Resv. that feeds the veg tray is 20 gl. 4 oz Boost, 2 oz. Grow and 20 gallon of water is all that's in there.

Bruce Banner went down at 10 + weeks. She was in flower when the lights went off time and caused some re-veg. I replaced the younger crop but let this one finish out. Stressed she still flowered out some decent looking buds. Not much smell going into the drier. It's been a year since I flowered her out, can't remember the smell but I do remember she packs one hell of a punch.

cloner & veg are in need of some organization. last batch of clones lost their cover plants after a week. Nutes are a bit rich cloning on this side but still 7 out of 8 rooted with some slight leaf burn.

Man you can really grow those bb & gg6 plants. I have really enjoyed the South Park strain and 2 others down my way got most of my haul. I cloned it so I got more coming. The trainwreck I grew was very sticky, you say the "Smell" is almost right up there with the original wreck right? You & this forum have upped my game 200% since I joined THCfarmer so thanks! It's the water my friend. I really don't do much once they are in flower!

You'll learn to love the speed of GG6, and it's my fav daily smoke. Show's more of it's sativa side so I get things accomplisjed. Trainwreck not so much, it's a night time herb and the smell! Don't plan on doing much of anything when you fire up BB. That shit needs a warning label.

Speaking of Bruce Banner, she came out of the drier yesterday. This single plant grow was in flower when the light timer went bad and the crop beside it was cut down.

540 grams (1.41 lbs.) single plant

205 grams B grade
335 grams A grade

Making some cooking oil this weekend so the B grade is gone. Never used BB for oil, bet I sleep good!!!

Great to hear about the gg6 but tell me the difference in gg4 & gg6? SS
Night & Day. Be about the best way I can describe those 2. Gorilla Glue suddenly became Gorilla Glue 4, on the marketing front I believe I heard lawsuits or something along those lines. I purchased my Gorilla Glue seeds from ILGM, they were sold as GG4 within weeks of my order.

I transferred all the seedlings to flower, all except the one runt that wouldn't grow vertical. Those seedlings went on to flower as a typical plant in regards to height. The runt stayed around in veg and I finally flowered her out alone. She is half the height at flower as her seedmates. Yields as well or better than her seedmates and she will flower out about 4 weeks sooner than Bruce. She's all done by 9 weeks.

jj

Amazing, I kept hearing gg4 then saw a show telling of the lawsuit and the gg4 name but gg6? So a "runt" producer changed your holding of the phenotype. Thank's for the clarification. SS still no delivery

GG6 is vertically challenged yes, but she grows laterally and bushes. She has proven she is no runt lol but yes that's why she is here.

Man, that Bruce banner is really coming along. Your setup has me in awe, I'd build out my grow room if Tx. was cool like Oklahoma & Colorado. Cheers SS

If I was a betting person I'd say your state and mine will be the last 2 out of 50.

Looking forward to seeing Bruce at the finish line. Last months crop of Bruce Banner had some lighting issues. Shit will toast that head either way lol.

Monday was spent with the veg system. I take way too many cuttings, obviously lol. What I need is 3 mothers and 1 plant for flower, what I have is 15 cuttings. Takes a little extra time and a $1 or 2 but to have a number of plants to choose from to find that one with the structure I'm after is worth it.

When you find "that" structure, what is the key that made you choose that plant to flower? Mother's can be matches or different in size maybe, squat mothers are best for indoor, please elaborate,SS

Almost ready for harvest, SS
