Drooping with some darken green and burn coming through. First grow, any tips?

Hi crew,

So sorry to annoy you all with a newbie post. I'm about 2 months into this grow and the plant is looking a little sick and wondering if anyone could point in the right direction for information

I've had what I think is fungus gnats and am treating the leaves with a neem oil, cast soap in a spray bottle recipe I grabbed online
It's still not looking great, the gnats are almost all gone.
Running Samsumg 1000Watt light at 75% approx 15inches from it.
Watering once a day around 16oz, I gave it a break today
If there's any other info you need let me know.

Over watering. For sure.
It's the only way to get fungus gnats.
Leaf dropping confirms. This would also mess with the plants ability to take up some nutrients and taking up too much of others.

Lift your pot before you water it. If its heavy, dont water it. If its light, water it. Another way to tell is by sticking your finger in the soil up to your middle knuckle. If you feel any wetness, dont water.
