Don't be afraid to move your lights up 2 feet at first...reduces any ill effects on over lighting and the plants should recover in veg that they will grow towards the lights and the leaves won't be stressed out with taco's...watch the top leaves to know what the plant is responding to best...if all is going well, let the plants grow into the lights instead of moving lights always.....making the light problem become less of a problem....not sure what you are using for lights, but look like CFL's...??? as plants mature they will be able to take more lights...hence less height from the tops of plants, but be careful...

May have been over watered prior to transplant but @LexLuthor is right

Or they were underwatered and perked up when you watered them

Best practice when potting on a must to water in completely the drainage action brings oxegen do the roots and settling in the plant nice n snug to the pot . Od .

Holy, I should just quit while I can. I thought I was supposed to keep the light 4-6 inches above the top of the plant. And yes, Im using a sunblaze 4 bulb T5 8000 lumen light https://www.bustan.ca/sun-blaze-t5-high-output-fluorescent-grow-light-2ft-4-lamp

always update!! good or bad..
Ok, I raised the light this morning. I moved the plants outside this afternoon once the temps got over 65f/18c. The plants are really looking droopy. I did not add any water. Ph is 6ish but less than 7

That's to chilly. They need more warmf
Ya, it was only for an hour, just to get some real light. How are these gonna survive when I move them outside? Actually, when should I move them outside?

When you don't need a shirt and it's nice out. You don't wanna see overnight temperature below 66 or so. Some plants more, some less. If you can bring it in at night. That's even better. The light cycle matters. But you don't want to go out in the morning and see a ton of white spots. So if you have a deck and sliding door you can bring it in for bad weather or cold spells. Little greenhouse setup would help. But outdoor grow season is a toss up. Depends where you live.

Thanks for the advice!

i’m putting my outside on tuesday and i’m in southern ontario..
don’t sweat it about the plants, they don’t look unhealthy, it’s just something minor, we’ll see how she’s doing when lights come back on.

Well, you're right...here is a pic this morning and the leaves have definitely perked up after the 6 hour sleep cycle. It did this the other days too...looks like this in the am, then droops later in the day. Compare this to last nights pic.

yep, looks fine, not worse.
i see what your concern is, just leave them and try to have a nice environment for them., we’ll see or let us know/picture of them before lights out.
no watering today!

I would still move your lights up more...at least to the 12" mark...see how that goes....there is still a lot of light on the tops of these young plants 👍
