5/22/25: started seed in peat plug.
6/3/25: planted outside in ground.

Question:
- is it starting to flower?

- does it need pruning?

My first auto flower…..

Thank you.

The second pick looks like it’s starting to flower! It’s not the clearest picture! But I would guess yes! I don’t think you need to do any pruning! Five weeks old is about the time to start flowering! Looks like it’s in decent shape!👍

You should be able to. Just do it gradually. This grow I'm running now is an auto. I was cutting a few leaves and lower branches and it seems fine. But I'm indoor.

Autos are more sensitive but the more you grow with them, it gets easier.

When you're ready to prune, if you just pluck a few leaves a day it tracks to what they would naturally lose to predation and shouldn't trigger stress.

Haven't ever tried an auto version but I do loves me some Durban Poison. If you haven't looked it up, check out the unique THCv profile they have. And if there was ever a strain to let run long before you chop, do it with a Durban. The THC and THCv work hand in hand to give off an awesome uplifting energetic buzz.
