Ebb & Flo 12 sys. useing only 4 pots

Hi all.. I have a ebb & grow sys. with 12 pots. right now my space is to small so if I just use 4 pots. can I still use the 55 gal. res. and about how long will on mix of cem. last with it, mabey only have to fill 1 more time or how does that work.. hope this is enough info.

Ya mon! You can just use 4 pots instead of the 12. Instead of the 55 gal rez, I'd just use a 10 gal rubbermaid and change it out weekly. That way, if you need to adjust nutes during the grow, you won't waste 55 gals of nutes and water each time.

You can certainly fill and run the 55 gal until empty, but I'd only do it if I knew how the strain was going to react throughout flowering...

Use the rez but only fill it up 1/3 of the way, your nutes won't be lonely in a big place all by themselves.
If it is hot in where your rez is it might be better for a smaller tank as a large on might heat up your nutes more. JK
