makesure to lower the nitrogen to a minimum from here on out..
too much nitrogen at the end can cause negative effects to terpenes.. don’t blast them with too much light intensity from here till finish also..

Fall colors keep coming as I’m officially in week 8 of flower.

Buds are getting fatter:

I gave them just straight water in their reservoirs last night. I’ll likely do one more half feeding by the end of the week and then just water here on out.

Decided to do a trichome check:

Mostly cloudy, very little clear, and ambers are starting. I could prob harvest now if I wanted, but I’ll wait until at least Saturday.

yes you could harvest on saturday and it’ll be fine but i’d leave those for up to 2 weeks.. not because i like trichomes a certain way but your still early and those heads look clear and translucent, need to get more milky and full looking.. plus the hairs still haven’t matured fully..
just my 2 cents brother

Totally hear ya on that. Saturday would be the earliest I would consider chopping, and it depends on the hairs and trichomes. Latest would be next Tuesday, I think, because after that, the next time I'd have time to get it all ready and chopped would be the 22nd.

Snapped this just before the lights went out.

Humidity creeped up a bit since it’s not cold enough for the pellet stove to be running, so I upped the fan speed for now.

Other than that, just impatiently waiting chop day lol

Not much has changed, just some more ripening up.

Might have to let them go past the weekend as they still aren’t quite ready. I’ll be filling up their reservoirs tomorrow evening with half dose of the Humboldt’s.

Nightly update:

Not much to say that I haven’t already said so far. I sooooo want to chop them tomorrow, but I might wait until Monday or Tuesday instead.

I just watered them tonight with a low dose of nutrients, so they’ll be good until Monday at least.

I also increased the light intensity a smidge since some of them seemed like they were praying a little too much. If I need to turn it back a tiny bit tomorrow, I will.
