Nightly update:

More fall colors, and some leaves seem to be shriveling up.

I was going to chop last night, but figured I’d give it some more time.

Tonight I checked the trichomes again, and I still need a few more day / week:

Some ambers, some cloudy, still more clears than I’d like to have.

hey just saying as i see your capitate-stalked trichomes look a little long/tall, usually a sign of light stress.. are any of your leaf edges slightly curled up? if so raise your light 10 inches till your finished..

Light is as high as it can go. I’ll reduce the intensity tomorrow.

Forgot to take a canopy shot, but it’s more or less the same as last nights.

Did a trichome check, and there pretty much ready any time at this point. Possibly tomorrow or Wednesday. Depends on how nice it is for yard work when I get home from the office.

Nightly update: chopping time

I did a trichome check and it was time. A little more amber than I prefer (was prob around 15%), but that’s okay.

I had to cut the scrog net this time *sad face*, but it was just too entangled in the plants.

Here’s a pic of a white widow and the silver alert:

Sorry for the green light. I had to remove the light in here (and it was already off), and I needed to see.

And here they are, tagged and hanging:

I did my best to space them out so they aren’t touching, but a tiny bit of overlap did occur. It shouldn’t matter, hopefully.

We’ll see these gals again when they’re all trimmed up :)

As I was hanging each plant, I got their individual smell, and hoooooo boy do they smell good. I can't wait to inhale their goodness

The other night I skipped 2 branches of larf and hung them up independently to dry. While they’re not fully dry, they are smokable now and hoo boy, this white widow is hitting the spot.

I didn’t do any major trimming - just cut the buds off and tossed them in my grinder. The smell really opened up once she was ground. She’s a bit fluffy, but that’s likely from not being fully dry and being larf buds.

It’s got a very cool and smooth hit to it. The high is very pleasant and uplifting.

I’ll probably begin trimming in the next day or 2 if the plants permit it. Tomorrow will be one week since I chopped, so they’ll be ready any day now.

No pics, but I just got done trimming. I did the 3 white widows Wednesday, silver alert last night, and lsd x Hell’s Kitchen tonight.

Total weight: 10.5 ounces

I did smoked some samples of each:

White widow: very cool and smooth, mild flavor, very happy high

Silver alert: smooth, a mild green flavor, and a calming high

LSD x Hell’s Kitchen: mild, has a distinct flavor, and gives a motivated high. Probably my favorite of the 3, but they all smoke and taste great.
