Looks like the photos are taking in the new nutrients just fine:

I’ll be doing a little trimming and training tonight, then setting up the scrog this weekend.

Close of up a bud on one of the autos:

She’s getting close! I ordered a cheap exhaust setup for my drying tent and another hygro outlet, so that’ll be setup early next week.

The trustfall seeds have started coming up:

So funny story. I knocked over the lower cup when it was in the auto tent, and I lost the seed. I swapped tents last night, and fished around the soil and I just couldn’t find it.

I was annoyed with myself, so I sowed another seed last night.

Well, I look in this morning and there she is, sprouted up over night.

I took the other seed out and will toss it in another cup. I figure the process has possibly already started with germinating, so let’s not waste a seed.

Daily update:

Auto tent:

I fed the bottom 2 plants, top/back pair will need it tomorrow.

Here’s some closeups of the buds:

I’m thinking the bottom 2 might be ready to chop next week. Lots of cloudy, very little clear, and some ambers coming through.

The photo tent:

Did trimming and training to even out the canopy on 4 out of the 5 plants. The big bushy one closest to the camera - I started with a few snips, but then realized I wouldn’t have enough time to finish her before the lights went out, so I’ll just leave it for the morning.

The back right plant I took all the clips off. The canopy is pretty even, except she’s an inch or so shorter, so removing the clips should help let her catch up a little bit.

The clone seems to be doing okay (didn’t get a pic of it tonight).

Just finished trimming the last plant that I didn’t get to last night. I also removed a handful of clips since the branches were starting to outgrow them:

I’ll likely end up removing all the clips this weekend and put the scrog net up, and possibly flip them. They’re all in their 7th week of veg or later (or there about, I’ll my notes later).

Pic of the clone:

Seems to be doing okay. She’s 2ish weeks as a clone, and I’m starting to see new growth on the stem, albeit not much.

The Cinderella man x gg from trustfall are sprouting now:

One lost her helmet and the other helmet is split, but not fully off.

The third cup prob won’t see anything for another day or 2.

If it’s putting on new growth, it is rooting/rooted. Once she gets some more root mass, her growth will pick up steam. Looking good dude.

Thanks man! That’s what I was thinking as well, but until I see some more, I’m not getting my hopes up still cool to see happening though!

Tonight’s updates:

Auto tent:

Doing good here. Watered last night and this morning, which got the humidity spiking to mid 60’s. I opened the tent for a little bit this morning to reduce the humidity, but when I left it still went up to 63%

Tonight I turned the light up a notch to help it get rid of some of that water vapor, so hopefully when the lights go out it’ll be in the 50’s.

Photo tent:

Filled the buckets up with full strength nutrients (well, the lower end of the spectrum since it gives you a range).

They seem to really be liking this new stuff.

The seedlings are starting off strong. Waiting for the third to break through.

And the clone:

If you zoom in on the bottom of the stem, you can see the new growth. It’s tiny, but it’s new. I think she’s gonna take!

Tonight’s update:

Auto tent:

Getting some good trichome coloring on the bottom 2 plants. I could probably harvest now, but I won’t have my drying tent exhaust fan until Tuesday, so maybe I’ll do that Tuesday night.

Right now they’re 53 days old since their first true leaves, and 63 days since sown. Breeder says 70 days from seed to harvest, so at least on these 2 it seems pretty accurate.

Photo tent:

These girls are loving the new nutrients.

They’re currently all between 7 and 7.8 weeks of veg. I can flip them anytime, but I’ll wait until the photo tent is less crowded so I can move the solo cups and clone to it.

Speaking of the seedlings:

They’re starting off strong!

And the clone:

She’s no longer resting on the brim of the cup!

Tonight’s updates:

Auto tent:

The ladies seem to be having a nitrogen deficiency. Fortunately the back plants aren’t quite as far along as the bottom ones, but are also showing some signs of calcium deficiency.

The top 2 plants have at least 2 weeks left, so I’ll be ordering some calmag tonight to help them out.

I fed the bottom 2 tonight using a slightly modified mixture. I added 50% more than recommended on the Grow Big to get some extra nitrogen, and took down Tiger Bloom to 75%, so 25% less. I don’t want to overdo it on the nitrogen increase.

I’m not too concerned for these 2 as I plan on chopping them Tuesday evening, unless they need watering Tuesday morning, then I’ll chop Wednesday morning instead.

Here’s some buds from both plants:

Now the photo tent:

Nothing done (aside from my toddler wanting to cut a leaf off - the kid sure likes leaves from all plants and trees) except any watering that was needed.

I’ll do a final trim tomorrow night, then prepare to flip to 12/12 on Wednesday. I’d do it sooner, but I need to move the seedlings and clone out of this tent first.

Speaking of which:

The clone is doing well, as are the seedlings. They’re a bit stretched right now, but there’s no much I can do until I chop in the auto tent.

The third seed has poked out of the ground, but just barely.

I legit can’t wait to smoke these strawberry gorillas

Ordered me some 420 calmag, so I’ll toss some in when it arrives tomorrow for the feeding of the back plants.

Also got a new dehumidifier. If I have issues in there tonight I’ll slap that pig in

Tonight’s update:

Photo tent:

They’re loving the new nutrients.

I was debating on doing the last trim tonight, but I may wait til morning. Tonight will be the last night of 6 hours of darkness, and tomorrow she’ll get 10 hours of sleep then a full 12.

The auto tent:

I moved the new seedlings and clone in here, as well as a pair of flowers. I watered these 2 with the modified mixture from last night + cal mag. They probably have another 2 weeks or so left in them.

I cut the other 2 plants tonight as they were ready. Here’s a shot I did of one plant before cutting her down:

Now she’s hanging with her sister in the drying tent:

I borrowed the humidifier from the auto tent since that has no problem keeping a high humidity level (which I put a bigger dehumidifier in there). I have another one coming tomorrow.

Now I wait for these to dry and start curing her

Nightly update:

Auto tent:

The girls are still looking about 2 weeks at least from being finished.

The clone and seedlings are looking good, too. I knocked the helmet off that last one in the above pic:

The clone is getting a little yellow on the tips. I raised the light and knocked it down a notch for now.

Photo tent:

Trimmed and set up the net.

I removed all of the clips, though I see one I missed but oh well one plant is still shorter than the rest by a fair amount, but hopefully I’ll be able to even it out a bit over the next few weeks.

I set the timer to come on at 9 am instead of 6, and tomorrow I’ll have it shut off at 9 pm as well, which will kick off the first night of flower.

Tonight’s update:

Auto tent:

More or less the same as yesterday. Things still be growing and getting thicker.

Photo tent:

They got 9 hours of darkness this morning and lights are about to go out now, giving them their first 12 hour night schedule.

Now I’m just tucking and leading the tops through the net. I’ll most likely be setting up a plastic trellis on top, especially since the Silver Alert (back row, center) is just a tall thing and keeps on going.

That’s all for today’s update.

Tonight’s update:

Photo tent:

Lots of growth it seems since yesterday. Did some tucking and weaving through the net. I’ll definitely need to set up an upper net as that silver alert is just growing.

Fed with full dose Humbolts Secret Base A & B and Golden Tree.

Auto tent:

Autos keep on ripening. They don’t need a feeding yet, maybe tomorrow.

The clone is growing now, the 3 seedlings are doing pretty good except for the far left. It basically slouched over. I staked it as best I could, so hopefully it’ll strengthen up over night a little and then I’ll repot it and bury the stem a little. I turned the lights up a notch as well.

We’ll see what she looks like in the morning.

Tonight’s update:

Photo tent:

These girls just keep bushing out

I did find 2 suspect leaves, but it looks like damage from the fan blowing right on them and then rubbing against each other / the net. Not concerned about it at the moment, but will be keeping an eye on them.

The auto tent:

It looks like the deficiency has slowed / stopped, so I’m going to repeat the modified nutrient mix like I did last time and add some cal mag once more.

The buds are looking good, but I need to get them under the scope to see how far the trichomes are coming.

The rest:

I still didn’t repot the gangly one yet, but that’s coming next tonight. The other 2 seem to be doing just fine, and the clone is starting to grow taller

That’s all for tonight.

Okay, this is the last update tonight lol

Just got done watering the last 2 autos. Looks like another week or 2 still. One of them I’m not impressed with at all, but she still might smoke good enough. The other has that nice strawberry aroma to her.

I also repotted the gangly little lady:

Hopefully I didn’t do any damage to her on the transplant. I might’ve accidentally broke some roots off, or the dowel cut through them.

Either way, we’ll see what happens.

Forgot to take pics yesterday, so here’s a mid day update:

Photoperiods:

All of the plants have breached the net, except that lil lady in the back right corner. She must be stunted at this point.

The aroma from the plants has increased significantly since flipping to where it hits you as soon as you open the tent

I’ll need to fill up the buckets tonight, but they’ve been all drinking very good. Maybe a little too good

The auto tent:

The transplanted gal seems to be doing well. She hasn’t wilted, slumped, or stopped growing.

The clone is getting taller, so I think it’s safe to say she’s going to keep on growing at this point. The other seedlings are doing good as well.

As for the last 2 autos - I think the modified feed has helped prevent further yellowing, so I’ll go back to the normal doses next watering.

Last night I tested the drying plants with the wood moisture meter, and the buds were ranging between mid 11% and 13%, so I cut, trimmed, weighed, and stuffed in a grove bag.

The smoke test was very nice and smooth. I only smoked a small larfy nug as I didn’t want to risk a larger one in case she wasn’t ready.

Total weight between the 2 plants was 1.5 ounces. I was hoping for an ounce per plant, but these autos didn’t grow as big as expected. Unsure if it was the seeds or environment, so I’ll be trying a different batch prob next month in my greenhouse.

The other plants (if anyone is curious) are:

2 lettuce plants (same type, but one in miracle grow and one in happy frog, and both are growing very different but taste the same).

2 of my bush bean plants

2 grape vines

2 marigolds (only one of which sprouted, so one might be a dud at this point)

And a rose.

The grapes and rose were sowed only a few days ago / maybe a week, so the verdict is out on those still.

The nightly update:

Photoperiods:

Filled buckets, filled humidifiers, did some bending through the netting. That silver alert is one tall fucker. I think her main stem is now 3 holes away from where she started.

Auto tent:

Not much changed from earlier. Watered what needed to be watered, removed some leafs from each lettuce plant (I made a sandwich lol).

Tonight’s update:

Auto tent:

They’re getting closer to finishing. The clone is being stress trained with the 90 degree clips (2 on her so far). The other seedlings are doing well. Debating on how to grow them. Maybe I’ll start a poll somewhere

Photo tent:

Not much to say here. They’re just getting bushier by the day!
