Jury Null,,, I lean more towards the delivery of mental media manipulation. But the Tex is rite in saying how risky that can be. But I'll take a chance if I'm being a attacked is what in my personality. But as for facts on this thread what is there to disagree on, what am I missing? For instance

Some of my patients are in nursing homes. some have brain trauma and some are in wheel chairs. Their personal CPU and networks have sites like this blocked. they have asked about sites like this and worship Subcool, so pls be nice to them and dont bad mouth Subcool and his genetics to them.

I got into a verbal confrontation that got physical in the hall of court room with the Pioneer Nursing home staff for their jury and wittness tampering against me... The nursing home murdered my main nursing home witness and lost the law suit over this death. It was as punishment to my loyal patients for saying they would testify for me., I confronted these murders for witness intimidation and jury tampering and went further and I instructed my witness's as to What they should say in court, Quote "just tell em the truth" at my trial .

They tried to make me out to be the bad guy over my confrontation. But nothing the courts or any one could do to me for speaking the truth.

My nursing home witness's endured Great intimidation to the point of murder and other unbelievable torture, even death and thru EXTREME abuse as my patients went thru great sacrifice for me. Please treat them with as hero's. I will hack em into ThCFarmer tonite.

There dreams are to grow like subCool, Im not asking ya to lie, just keep in mind that Sub is their hero as you give them info. Ive bred Sub cultivars for many generation by separating genotypes and thru trial and error I crossed the geno's back in different combos to achieve what I wanted. But when they ask if I got Sub gear or JillyBean bud, I reply, ya I made beans and got some nice subcool bud, Call it LinoLicous Bean, Sub has some good genes and I leave it at that. But thats overkill, All I meant is if some handicap MMJ patient ask ya bout Sub and you realize he is handicaped . Lino, my comment was only aimed at your views of jury null. I enjoy your other comments and much of your other comments are spot on.

Yes, right now, no lawyer or anyone charged with weed should bank on jury null...only because people are not aware of the true power they have.... AND in many courtrooms the judges do not even allow it to be brought up to the jurors.

What I was saying is that ONCE people know about jury nullification and once more people start using MJ the greater the odds that no jury member will ever convict anyone. AND once it snowballs, you won't even need a lawyer.

And BTW, it only takes one person on the jury to make it a "hung jury" releasing anyone of the alleged charges.

So how can jury nullification be a bad thing (in regards to MMJ and MJ)?

The only bad thing CURRENTLY is that the people do not know about jury null, many judges don't allow it and lawyers don't like it because they all practice within maritime laws and not constitutional law aka color of law) ...and it lessens a lawyers "power." Lawyers like the power-trip role and almost all of them work within the system (judge, cops, etc) and they don't give a shit about the common people. Rob Corry and Gerry Spence are the only two lawyers I know that have the balls to do their own thing.

Back on topic a bit: I really have a hard time understanding the people who enjoy living in Denver. There are so many cool places just outside Denver much safer and below the radar.
The meth scene, legal MJ busts, the crime, the traffic, racial wars, illegals, asshole neighbors, etc....no thanks.
