they have done this with truckers for ages bro,,if you hold a commercial liscense and you are pulled over even in your own car,they can have you pissed test on the spot,,same as any accident on any yard or building they can piss test you on the spot

ohh hell it gets worse than that,ive pulled into weigh station and have had to do piss test crossing colordo going to sears,random and legal,truckers are a representation of a life line,without them folk will kill,everything on your back and stomach come from hauling them road,,sad to say there isnt much integrity left in the bussiness though,but my brother in law just got informed by dec 18 any truck 1999 and above now have to install trip meters,you cant just do paper logs anymore,every turn of the whell is documented,you can only drive 10 hrs a day,me myself when i was driving liked the computer log better,when you pullup to a weigh station in your ez tag already has relly that info to them and they dont stop and harrass your ass,state lines are a bitch,screw california,you have to have there inspection sticker to haul in there state
