I thought to take off some fan leaves and cut it down a little more but i am guessing I can do that after it drys a bit

If you can be around 75 degrees and 55% rh you're pretty much curing it

Leaving the leafs on will protect the buds incase something knocks into it or wind. They also help slow the drying time. No point in spending so much time in growing to skimp on drying. It's important to take your time
