hello to everyone,
this is my first grow diary. 3 6' rails and 3 1000w hps lamps. there are a couple 6 inch inline fans and some oscillating fans. only 2 lights and 2 rails are running this time.
veg room has got a t5. currently setting up a 5 by 5 tent with a 1000w for veg also.

here is a list of some of the genetics this round in flower. all clones.

dj short's blueberry (sativa pheno from dj short's motherplant)
flo (another from a dj short selected mother)

first time trying a screen out. we will see how it goes. looks like it going to be good. roots organics soil with roots organics nutrients and some other goodies.

thanks. i am hoping to get some keepers in this batch. i took clones about a week ago. got some more genetics in veg right now too.

day 7 flowering. just sprayed all of them with a teaspoon/quart ancient amber fulvic acid and a little maxicrop soluble seaweed powder.

thanks. i really love the roots organics line. best i have seen so far. i don't know why more people don't use them. i don't even think about using different nutrients. i used to use botanicare's pure blend pro but then switched to roots organics when it came out a couple of years ago. really similar except that roots is 100 percent organic.
best organic nutrients from america imo. i like to buy local when i can. only other serious organic companies imo are from australia (the yellow bottles) and holland (H and G). i would rather go with roots organics from eugene, oregon.

I met with the reps at the last indoor gardening show here in SF
I got a whole 8 bottle set to run. Its what I am running right now
100% Organic is the ONLY way to go.

the alien og i got was a clone, and i told the person i got it from that i wouldn't say where i got it. other clones obtained are from progressive options, people's nursery care, and some are from local growers.

veg update 9-10

yesterday i transplanted 16 plants into 5 gallon containers, with roots organics soil and a 2-3 inch coco mulch. watered with oregonism and superthrive. set into 5x5 tent with 1000w lamp. they will be in the tent for about 5-6 weeks until the flower room is open again.

thanks man. it is only going to get better. i have used roots organics for years with great success. honest family run company. i am also interested in some of their soul synthetics line.
this grow and the next are kind of test grows. these are all new genetics to me and not all of them will be keepers. i have rooted clones of the flower room under t5's and will take some more clones from the veg tent in a week or two. from these two grows i am hoping to get some real nice keepers.
and if i haven't mentioned it already, this is a medical grow.

i kind of follow the schedule... for the most part. i have found roots organics to give me the same yields i was getting when i was using the pure blend pro line. roots soil is coco based too so you still get to used all the good nutrients with the benefit of growing in soil. quality is what i am concerned with, and roots organics does deliver.
trinity is some of their best stuff. no other product like it. you should check out their others. i highly recommend the hp2 bat guano.
here is what i use for big tasty flowers.
ratios are per gallon per week...
1-2 TBS Bloom
1 TBS hp2
1 TBS hpk
1 TBS trinity
1-2 TBS ancient amber
1 tsp. hygrozyme
1 heaping tsp. sucanat
