Im getting super uneven flow overall it would help a ton if you could explain how you set up your manifold I think might have messed up from the start cause I'm running 3/4 inch out unless that wouldn't matter. I have 6 bubbles inline all my runs are cut the same length which might be a bit long of 6ft cause that's my longest run due to how I set up the manifold so I might need to change that maybe the height. I'm not 100% sure, I can post some pics when lights flip. ***edit*** Actually here's some ***I literally have a full room of Wedding Cake that I'm running for the first time as well. After reading your OP, I saw you were having issues with the bubblers. What exactly are you dealing with. All my indoor test rooms are 1" PVC runs to Floraflex bubblers feeding my tables so I've definitely spent quite a few hours troubleshooting and hunting down gremlins. Feel free to drop me a message or run anything by me if you're still dealing with issues. Could be something as simple as your inline filter
So, when I get into work tomorrow I'll take some pics of how I run my stuff and give you a bit of a breakdown as to how I try to ensure equal pressure. I'm not seeing any in-line filters. Even if you're using nothing but sterile, mineral based nutrients you can still get bio accumulation in your lines that can interrupt your feedings. A 1 hp in-line leader pump should be more than enough to keep adequate pressure for how many drops you haveThis is before I made all the lines the same length.
Why do you have all the valves closed? This is before I made all the lines the same length.
That'd be awesome! I'm getting a filter for sure it just hasn't came yet, should be here in a day. I figured the pump would be, do you think I should plumb into the res from the bottom insted of the top? Also all lines are split at the pot in order to have 2 emitters at each. Thanks alot for the helpSo, when I get into work tomorrow I'll take some pics of how I run my stuff and give you a bit of a breakdown as to how I try to ensure equal pressure. This was right after I primed the pump so it was straight ro waterWhy do you have all the valves closed?
Your pump will definitely draw more easily if you plumb it into your reservoir through the bottom using the shortest amount of pipe possibleThat'd be awesome! I'll take care of that asap in that caseYour pump will definitely draw more easily if you plumb it into your reservoir through the bottom using the shortest amount of pipe possible
Even in my small test room in my basement this is how I run my pump. Put a T w/ a ball valve up top on the output so I can dump the entire reservoir with the quickness if I need to. Sorry about the mess, that room has been out of action for 6 months. Haven't had time to use it how I've wanted to it's been emptyI'll take care of that asap in that case
Yeah thats the better way i just need to grab the fittings. I really want to get a chemtainer in the future that's pre-plumed.Even in my small test room in my basement this is how I run my pump. It's really the best way to go and then just plumb it to fit. Some FIP reducers and PVC glue and you're all setYeah thats the better way i just need to grab the fittings. I really want to get a chemtainer in the future that's pre-plumed.
Bubblers as in air diffusers? Where are you running these diffusers, in the pots that you're growing the plants or in your nutrient reservoir? I would highly recommend staying away from pumping oxygen into your nutrient reservoirs. What you want to do to keep them thoroughly mixed is put your res on a chiller and run a pump to keep the solution in constant motionDTG can you reccoment a pump that would push 4 bubblers at once?
I got a setup like tasks for my resivour but am almost ready to get some chemtainers so I can online the pvc from the bottom.
Right now I’m using a shurflo ever pump.
Good work with the new mellinium. Can’t be beat in veg and early flower imo.
And your right, definitely need to flip those ASAP.
Every round I start them a little smaller and it’s still to much.
Sorry I meant the distributors I’m high lol. My shurflo pump will do 2 (16 lines) just right but I would rather run all four trays at the same time instead of using sprinkler manifoldsBubblers as in air diffusers?
