right on..nice clean room...and the elecric looks good...nice work..
Thanks guys, I've not built anything for awhile so I got it to doing it. Rooms not quite done, but it's loaded!burn baby burn.... its gonna be a good one this year... :)
Now the fun begins.... 6 hours of working the ph down to 5.8 later, we got the clones a new home. We were concerned about yo-yoing the ph so we took it easy with the ph down. Takes awhile to mix 150 gallons, especially when it's in 16 tubs and a barrel!Nice work. Now, the real fun begins!
Thanks Pura. I sure hope the buds turn out all pretty like my new room.Beautiful room good luck on your run
Ummmm... you are running sealed and vented hoods, right? If you're not, you will need powerful AC. Ventilation will not suffice.
No input fan, just exhaust - got it. And i'll be adding another set of vents for incoming air along with getting an 8" fan. Fortunately I ran 8" duct in case the 6" fan was not enough. And, a, no. I got A-wings. Might be dipping into the creek pretty soon.
I sure hope my XXL hydro is easy. Though I know I will change things in the future. I don't like the double pump idea my hydro mentor came up with. It's need to get the main res out of the room, but if the return pump fails I risk a real 'sea' of green. It appears that it that happens the (17) 18 gallon tubs in the room can hold it all.
I'm currently flying by the seat of my pants on nutes... I hope to post that story tonight, not to mention I hope the Jacks comes in. PPM is good and the girls look happy so i'm feeling pretty secure there.
I THink I read that you are in socal.
Figured out how to post thumbnails finally ;-}That would be great, but it would also put a pipe across the back of the house. Can't disrupt 'the view'. I may be able top scratch it into the hill side enough to hide it. If I could get enough of a drop from where I pull water to the area behind my shop I could use a ram pump. That would be most economical. If the off the rack icebox units wont work for your application, then try the alternative.
Instead of pumping water straight up 40 feet, maybe get it from further upstream to minimize the head height?
Thanks Flip - I have not looked into sealing a room. I assume the idea is nothing in and nothing out. All you have to do is control heat and supplement Co2?Seeing how you took the time to seal everything up nice and tight i would go fully sealed when you have the chance...
Btw clean setup.. Nice work.
Yep. Also humidity. IMO building a room inside a room works best for sealed.. You can put a scrubber inside.. Mount all your gear on top of the box. Have one filter outside the box to snag anything that escapes. It would work fine with your existing build.. If your worried about smell escaping from opening and closing the door you can turn on your exhaust for a few minutes.. You will need one hooked up anyways to exhaust the air out from time to time.. The scrubber that circulates the air inside the room 24/7 also help cleaning and controlling the air. Thanks Flip - I have not looked into sealing a room.
