Ladies are coming along very nicely. Couple are a little slower than others but overall I think they look happy. Any input?

Awesome , great , no doubt....you are in for a great ride

There was another member complaining about his humbolt seeds not being uniform and he was not happy , said he wouldnt buy again , not sure why ....yours are looking great ....

Also , for the first run , id be careful not to over train , some plants are not happy with that....

How much longer until I should top first time do you think? And thanks. I don’t have your experience but they look happy and healthy to me

I’ll remember that. But sour d can get awfully tall. I’m going to watch them closely. I have one that is growing weird as shit but only one. Post a pic in a min. It came up sideways and never really corrected

Hey rybo , dont get over anxious with training , you should wait at least 6 nodes , the customary practice , and that wont be for a week or two for shure ,
You can top , then the side shoots will take over , you can also fimm , i like that idea also

The problem with the super stretchy plants is , just because you keep topping and bending , it dosent necessarily mean the plant will be controlled , it will just shoot up all over the place and still defy you and be tall...

The trick is to train in conjuction with estimated light flip time , so , you dont want to train to early and keep vegging , the plant will grow and stretch and its hard to keep up with....

You kind of want to let the plant establish a good strong root system and stem , then train a bit , grow out a bit more , and get ready to flip lights to flower , maybe begin training after 3 weeks , and on 5th or 6 week flip to maintain a shorter plant , sorry if it seems unclear ,

normally its best to observe a plant thru its entire cycle to see how it behaves , then on the next grow using clones that you made , you know how shes going to act and how you can manipulate her

But you should wait for 2 weeks to start topping in my opinion, or 6 nodes whicheverr comes first.......

Training causes stress , and in those pots , its best if you establish a strong root system , you dont have that now ,

Yea , can get awfuly tall , but constantly topping and bending during veg , can really piss some plants off , its a misconcieved notion that training is great for every strain.....its not

You can also flower them and when they pass their "stretch" phase , you can simply tie the branches down , regaining headroom ,this is just bending the flowering plant , not topping , fimming , or low stress training......

Thanks for all the help and input. Getting a good drink as soon as I get home

Soil is still moist inch or so down so no water tonight. Am noticing a little curling of the leaves like the light is too close but it’s plenty far away and the temps at the plant are always 74. Any input?

Those edges curling up a bit you mean, whats your humidity? Maybe give em a mist when the lights go out, or make sure that fan isn't too strong on them. Check if it is the ones getting hit the most by the fan that look like that.
Not too bad there, sd can be finicky as you've heard.

Rh is 45-50. The fan was a bit low today so I moved it. Was blowing on them too much in my opinion. But overall I think very healthy

The plants are moving along perfect , dont worry about the little curl , could be they drank a bit too much....

Overwatering is my guess. I’m guilty of this. When weather changes I often forget to compensate for hotter or colder.

Nah I’ll be keeping them lol

Do you plan on ScrOGing? I'm curious to see what you're going to do with 11 plants in your space! I'll be following along for the ride my friend.

Happy growing boss ;)

Been awhile. Had some issues I can explain later in detail but how’s everyone think they’re looking?

They look good / great , as long as you resolved the issues ,
I have some homemade theories about growing , most have no logic or reason behind them , i have a theory that fimming some plants , especially diesels , fimmed to early will put the plant into a certain type of shock , like while they are working on the recent fimm assult , they stress out and loose the ability to intake nutrients or water correctly , just my own personal abstract notion , looks like thats what happened to you , unless it was
Heat
Overwatering
Underwatering
Or too rich medium
Should be great going forward ,

No mites. Had to be bombed. Lights came back on while still wet burnt the plants
