First time grower. What you guys think?

Saw your page plants looking good bud. As for your question I'm new to this shit but I dont see how more light could hurt. Only thing I would wonder would be since your running leds would the HPS light give your plants any kind of stress since it is different then led. But like I said I know shit about this. Hope some of the og's can give some input bud.

Agree more light the better to a point as long as environment can still be reasonably controlled. You got it change is spectrum may have a slight affect imo. I can't say to what extent but when it come to lighting intensity trumps spectrum anyday.

Depends on the space and if you are light limited. Can you deal with the heat etc. Need more details bro.

So its a 2X2X5 tent and I've got a "300" watt Viparspectra full spectrum LED and a "150" watt Amazon full spectrum LED. The plants seem to be enjoying life and growing vigorously so i don't see any evidence of a light deficiency or anything and i'm not so much worried about negative side effects from the light i'm more or less wondering if you guys think the added spectrum and intensity from the HPS will improve bud growth and help to grow big dense flowers or if it isn't worth the time because it won't make any kind of recognizable difference.

So I think I did well with the light feeding I gave the plants. I dont see anything that I have not seen before. Meaning I dont see any nute burn as of yet so I'm happy. Here is a video of the girls i love seeing all the new bud sites coming in. I also did what was advised and highered on of the smaller plants to make a more even canopy. I know the lil middle on need to be higher up. She will probably sat. I have a thing coming in for my lights so I can separate them a bit to get more even lighting and not have such a hot spot in the middle.

So I have a question my water has a high ppm. I dont have any access to ro water till Monday. But the plants were light and dry yesterday and today all pot are pretty much dry. Plants are in need of a watering. So question what is the best way to water them so they dont start to wilt and look like shit from needing water? Just give a light watering with my tap water?

If it was me I would water with my tap water and feed while taking water ppm into consideration.
What are the options?
There are ro filters on Amazon meant for aquariums that may be a good option in the future, I am planning on installing one myself at some point.

If you make improvements and that is a great selling point for families today ! Landlord won’t say nuthin! Just ask first.i look at like you just improved the living situation ! Worse case he charges the next tent more .

But hey almost all these oldskool guys use tap water and have you seen the results !

I have tried several.....vivosun, lighthouse, gorilla......my favorite by far is the gorilla......even the light line is good.....got a couple brand new ones on craigslist for super cheap......

Well I think they took the dirty tap water ok. I made sure to add no nutes because my water is already high in ppm. But they look happy and alive so I'm happy.

Rolandomota dont stop with the updates this is getting sick, ive seen these plants go from little seedling, through veg, ive seen your ups and downs and lessons, and now im seeing them flower. This is dope dude, i want to see the finish line on this man, looking good.

The buds look like they are coming in nice, as far as my experience with my first grow, when they started flowering they looked exactly the same. and i was happy with my first timer buds so. youre doing good man, alot better than me hahahaah.

Made a video of the plants kinda showing how the buds seem to be forming. The yellow leaves are what you guys all have been seeing alot or most off the new growth is a nice green color. So I'm happy for that.
