ok, not terrible, but you know now to squeeze gently around the bottom till you feel it loosen for removal, but sometimes the roots get stuck into tiny grooves and such..
i did notice, there should be more holes in that cup.
anyho, it’s best now to just leave her be and ya she’s probably stressed but we’ll see in a day. droopy can be a sign of stress, so try to keep the humidity on the high side for a least 5 days, like around 60-70 if you can it’ll help with the roots as in also some kinda root supplement?
don’t worry as she may seem a little sick for a week.. just water/feed when necessary..
also when you took the plant out how dry or wet was the soil? when did you water last? everything you do is helpful information next time..

This is what its in I put it i had a poor choice of pots to begin with I didnt even think a hard pot would be a problem transplanting (lesson learned) i try to read other people's post and watch people like yourself just alot i need to familiarize myself with but its been really fun and I enjoy doing it and continue too

+1 wouldn't think twice about the roots.

Roots won't grow into dry soil so get the entire media damp. Some transplant shock from the root disturbance but few days and should pick back up in growth.

Good advice on the humidity increase for a few days as it will reduce the demand on the root system and help it settle a bit faster from the stress

ya doesn’t look like much shock, well your in the good zone.
i’d say in 3/4 more days try to get humidity lower to around 70.

Drooped a little bit and a bit of tacoing in the leaves. The ph is 7.5, humidity and Fahrenheit are both 75 to 80, im assuming its because I lowered my light but I raised it back up. Guessing she's not fully recovered for full light intensity. If she continues to droop I'm going to assume its nutrient deficiency(haven't not fed since transplant) because my ph has been relatively the same.

Clip that top right outta the middle now. Just the main shoot coming out, and she will spread out and get many many tops.

Will the transplant shock affect it? I had broken the bottom roots 2 days ago.

It will effect it some everytime you disturb its roots or prune anything but weed plants can take alot. I would go ahead and put it in my final pot and let it grow. Idk, i do t grow in soil, i use deep water culture
