Since you asked, and I am a dick, I’ll take a stab at it! The first thing you need to do is secure some more photoperiod seeds. Preferably feminized. Then if this is the 5 gallon pot, I would take four or 5 ounces of water and pour it right on the base of that stem. Then I would take more water and water the rest of the soil there to approximately three or 4 inches. That part really isn’t that important. then I would fill that pot up with fresh ocean forest that has been dampened a little with some extra water up to within 1 inch of the lower leaves on that sprout. In other words, just bury it up to 1 inch. Then I would take another two or 3 ounces and pour it on the base of that stem. Lose the dome. and put it under as strong as light as you can without the heat from the light radiating and heating up the plant. I don’t think it’s getting enough light for one thing. And your watering probably needs work. But it will be good practice and a learning experience for future endeavors. Just my two cents. Probably about what it’s worth. Good luck!

Since that is an auto, and you probably know this. Any mistakes you make during veg will cost you on the flowering end of it. In my opinion autos are for experts. But that is no reason to not try and learn from your mistakes on this one. save it, grow it, hopefully, and see what you come up with! At minimum you’ll come up with experience!

If it was mine, the first thing I would try is a couple of teaspoons of Epsom salt per gallon of water for a week or two. Water like you have been. I don’t think you can do any damage with it and sometimes it works. That is just my guess. I’m thinking you might be a little shy on the nitrogen also. But I wouldn’t mess with it until someone else chimed in. That knows what they’re talking about.

Now you went and put the plant under a hot light 24 hrs a day for 3 weeks. The discoloration is light burn from having the light to close, it's not magnesium deficiency. Don't water with this heavy a solution of Epsom salts it will lock out Calcium and really mess them up.

I see that you transplanted. Fill the pots up! 1/2" from the top. Then do like I told you and put the plants outside in full sun. If your lucky you didn't screw them up completely with the light 24-7 and they won't Hermaphrodite on you.

Let them dry out and wilt Pull the tops down and tie them down to the pot while it's wilted and soft. Then water.

Go to the hardware store and get a jug of Pro Mix 12-6-6 and a jug of 5-15-5 for flower.
You will need some Cal-Mag 1/2 tsp pr gallon for the entire grow mix in the 12-6-6 1/2 strength for 30 days then full strength and feed the plant once a week. Once they are 4' tall and real bushy like this you may need to up the feed to twice a week but once should be fine.

Once it's stretching up the cal-Mag to 1 tsp pr gallon and when it's done stretching switch to the 5-15-5 for flowering. It's just that simple.
