Wow thats really, really nice for a first timer! Theyre looking great, no deficiencies, no burns, no weird experiments like many of us did when we started... Im impressed. What nutrients are you using?

Thanks! She really didn’t give me any problems so I feel pretty lucky. My five and half foot tall clone that’s struggling to flower is another thing but I’m learning things I’ve been using all GH nutrients added into their water and it’s been working out really well

I have tried a few nutrients and have heard about that a little bit. But I can not for the life of me figure it out. ‍♀ I have done research and investment into super soil or just building your own soil from scratch. It has saved me 1/4 of stress now I just worry did I veg too long or am I chopping too soon. lol ooo the joys of gardening hahaha

I went with fox farms soils for the three cannabis plants I’ve got. Ocean forest for the clone and I used happy frog mixed with ocean forest for the other two, and then about 20% perlite mixed in. With those I didn’t need to add any nutes in for a good few weeks besides some calmag to the clone. Then ive just been watching their leaves for any signs of issues and adding in nutes every other watering, adjusting based off the growth. I’ve got a little compost bin cookin to try and make more of my own stuff but there’s so much to learn about soil and ph levels and everything.

I've been wanting to try the fox farms soil. I keep hearing good things. And I know I should be checking the ph and ppm but I have never done so. I know ima get chewed for that lol. But it honestly has worked for me especially when I build the soil and not buy. I thought it was hard but I was making it hard and overthinking it. This plant is by far the most forgiving.

I freaked out a bit about ph monitoring when the clone was showing signs of magnesium deficiency and because I use tap water but I just started leaving my jugs of water out for a day because someone suggested that and kept my fingers crossed I definitely wanna get more into the nitty gritty and monitor everything and learn it all but it’s a LOT. I definitely feel like cannabis communicates really well though and I looove that

Giiirrrll listen I freaked out about EVERYTHING!! My old page on here is a whole mess of me worrying and over doing not doing lmao ohhh the embarrassment!!! But yes I use tap and i sit it out for a day or until im ready. Its definitely alot. The best way I went about it is watching videos of people growing exactly how I wanted to grow in the end. Or mixing and matching the things I liked and see if it worked together. And I think organic, no topping, LST and super crop works best for me. But dont ask me to defoliate a thing!!! Im still getting over pulling leaves!!

Finally got myself in a position to start growing my own and I just found this place so I figured it would be fun to post and keep track of how things go over time.

Currently have one tent with a Tangerine Dream clone and Banjo auto.

One more plant that was a bag seed that I’ve kept separated from the girls.

Most everything has gone smoothly, but this is after I killed three Bruce Banner seeds back to back, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

Banjo has been really fun to watch and learn the process with autos, and I think she’s lookin pretty. I’ve looking into lollipoping them, but I’m also pretty nervous to mess them up so I’m taking this whole process pretty easy.

The heat wave we just had kicked our asses and our house went without AC for most of it. The temperatures in the tent got into the mid 90’s and humidity was getting over saturated so W&B took a trip and Banjo got the best I had. Turned out to all be for the best and everyone’s doing well now, thankfully.

Banjo is in week four of flowering, and she smells so good. Sweet and citrusy like a ripe fruit fart.

Wake and Bake is still hanging out downstairs with the houseplants and the clone. Since she’s seemed to be happy with some breathing room I’m not rushing her back into the tent and just making sure we’ve got enough light and pest control.

And lastly, my outta control Tangerine Dream clone is finally starting to show a little preflowering!

I’ve been trying to make sure I’m cutting lights off and getting as much darkness as possible at night to push her and it’s working better than the sunroom. W&B is close as well so it’s just taken some diligence.

There’s still so much to get to the finish line but we are truckin along :)

It was rough, we came from Vegas up to the northeast in an area we’ve never been to so didn’t know what to expect for the summer. As soon as we got paid went and bought a few window units to never go through that again and thank you :)

Same here. I brought a big fan leaf in the house to show my wife how big they were. In no time my cat snatched it out of my hand, and went to town on it. Hilarious.!

I’m the final stretch with Banjo. I’m itchin to cut her down, and any opinions help :) trichomes are milky and over the last few days we’ve gotten way more orange. She’s an auto flower and midway through week five flowering right now. And she’s been such a good girl for me.

Freaked out a little bit when her leaves started dying off which was a lot of fun, too.

Clone and Wake and Bake are living a good life in the sunroom, clone is still pre flower and W&B is living her best life.

(The cat has been dubbed the Kush Guardian, he remains satiated with his catnip)
